COMPLIANCE HEAD

Basic Job Purpose:

Assist management in achieving strategy objective by oversight and manage the governance and compliance in order to protect and create value to the company within the organization, through maintaining the level of compliance to secure and govern the organization to create value, ethics and beliefs by controlling the system and build the behavioral norms for sustainability of the business.

Job Responsibility:

• Implement compliance program to achieve company strategic objective and sustainability of the company, and to achieve company objective and continuous improvement in the organization.
• Deliver compliance awareness to all organization properly.
• Lead and influence people to maintain compliance awareness and culture within the organization.
• Facilitate the alignment of external and internal regulation to ensure the sustainability of the business.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of compliance and to get the continues improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, Law preferred 10+ years’ experience in Legal & Compliance.
• Experience in Mining industry preferred.
• Excellent in Risk management, Legal, Regulation,and Compliance Management System.
• Proven track of strong leadership & people management.
• Fluent in English & familiar with Ms. Office
