Treasury Head

Basic Job Purpose:
Manage all financial risks for the company, by managing and mitigating any associated risks within Treasury function, manage banking relationships and setting a clear, well-defined Treasury strategy that aligns with Finance and the company's overall objectives.

Job Responsibility:

• Manage long and short term cash flow, as well as corporate financing (working capital, project financing, and other banking facilities/ credit lines) to ensure the availability of fund for the company's operation and investment.
• Develop and carry out hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks, primarily foreign exchange exposure through derivative financial instruments, managing interest rate risk and liquidity management.
• Manage day-to-day cash and treasury operation (team and business process) in accordance to the company’s policy and appropriate Delegation of Authority.
• Study and implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify the Treasury operations.
• Oversee the existing Treasury control framework and build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company and external, including banking relationships.
• Provide an insightful Treasury financial report for management decision- making.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance, both internally and externally, within Treasury aspect is fulfilled.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree, Accounting/ Finance preferred
2. 10+ years’ experience as Treasury or Corporate Finance Manager at a multinational company, with exposure in cash management, banking or financial institution in corporate or banking environment.
3. Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required.
4. Proven track of strong leadership, interpersonal, commercial mind & people management
5. Fluent in English
6. Familiarity with a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a plus.
