Head of Mine Subcontractor

(Code: HOS MSC)

Overview:

Responsible for the overall management of mining projects conducting by subcontractor and ensure all their production activities have been established and executed effectively and securely to achieve the target according to work contract and HSE standard.

Qualifications:

• Job holder must ensure project schedule is delivered in timely manner and assessing whether the outcomes provided by contractor meet the contract standard and or target.
• Supervise contractor’s work in daily based and make a report based on target achievement.
• Job holder must hold Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in related field, preferably in mining industries with depth knowledge of mining operation, especially in coal hauling and coal getting operation.
• Has the ability to analyze and evaluate contract agreements (contract management).
• Able to manage manpower and units to support mining operational needs.
• Has POP certificate is a must.
• Understand production data monitoring.
• Understand the process of pit services management and fleet management system.
• Willing to be Placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).
