COMPLIANCE HEAD

A leader who will assist management in achieving strategy objectives by managing compliance toward applicable regulations in order to protect and create value to the company within the organization, through maintaining the level of compliance to secure the operation license and govern the organization to create value, ethics and beliefs by controlling the system and building the behavioral norms.

Placement: Pondok Indah, Jakarta.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree, Legal preferred
2. 7+ years’ experience in Legal & Compliance area
3. Experience in Mining or Energy-related industry preferred
4. Good Understanding in Legal, Regulation, and Compliance and Risk management system
5. Proven track of strong leadership & people management
6. Fluent in English & familiar with Ms. Office
