PT Kalimantan Fiber is a multinational company operating in East & North Kalimantan in business of industrial forest plantation and chip mill. Due to rapid business expansion, we are opening vacancies for highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following position and requirements:

HR SUPERINTENDENT

The ideal candidate is the person experienced in HR that strong in Industrial relation to support our operation and to achieve our target oriented with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding labor law, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university.
• Age is Max 40
• Min. 5 years exp. as HR Superintendent or related position.
• Good English/Mandarin and computer literacy.
• High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality
• Willing to stay on site in East/North Kalimantan, Indonesia (no rooster)
