PT Pulau Sambu (Jakarta) is looking for

Pineapple Estate Manager.

Location: Riau.

Qualifications

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; major in related agriculture engineering/science are preferred, but relevant professional experience and personality traits as detailed below shall be determining factors.
2. At least ten (10) years of professional experiences; with minimum five (5) years at managerial level in agricultural production management handling multi-functional team.
3. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end pineapple plantation management and have strong hands-on operational management experience in pineapple plantations.
4. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and passionate in managing and developing large and diverse teams and organization.
5. Great leadership, social and interpersonal skill, particularly to engage and influence diverse range of stakeholders.
6. Result-oriented, open-minded and highly adaptable of working in a dynamic change working environment.
7. Team builder.
8. Work well under pressure with excellent decision-making skill.
9. Comfortable of working in remote location environment.
10. Actively upholding eco-system sustainability.
