1. HRD SUPERVISOR

(Code : HRSPV_Name)

Job Scope:

Directing, coordinating, planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting all activities of the implementation of compensation and benefits, the recruitment & selection process in order to ensure the fulfillment of manpower, employee personnel administration, general affairs, and security coordination in the project in order to ensure work plans and HR policies can be implemented according to policies & procedures in force and the department's work plan that has been determined.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Law/Industrial Engineering/Management/Economy.
•  Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
•  Has experience minimum 2 years as HR Supervisor is preferred.
•  In depth knowledge about HR, business process, HR procedure and regulation, labor laws, HR audit.
•  Having TOT, Assessment Centre Certificates are preferred.
•  Have good communication.
•  Contract based position is available.
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk all project area.

 

2. MINE OPERATION TRAINER

(Code : MOT_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare material, create lesson plans, provide training, coaching and assessment to operators in mine operation on all aspects of heavy equipment operation in accordance with curriculum, competency standards, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to produce workers quality operators according to competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of mine operation dept targets.

Qualification:

•  Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Mining / Electrical.
•  Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
•  Has experience minimum 2 years as mine operation supervisor is preferred.
•  Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.
•  Have TOT certificate is a must.
•  Have good communication
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area

 

3. PLANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

(Code : HETL_Name)

Job Scope:

Analyzing data to optimize the lifetime of machine, cordinate, direct and report all Heavy Equipment activities including planning & budgeting, utilization, performance and cost based on applicable HSE procedures and standards to increase lifetime of machine within budget.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer with min 5 years of experience or Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with min 7 years of experience or High School Degree with min 12 years of experience.
•  Have POP certificate is a must.
•  Understand Mining Process.
•  Have ability to work with deadline, visionary, and have good communication.
•  Understand Maintenance KPI (PA / MA, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto Analysis).
•  Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management & Maintenance Process.
•  Understand Performance Improvement Program related to vendor management.
•  Understand Failure Analysis.
•  Understand the process of making SOP, SWI, Standard Form (PM Service Sheet, etc.) & Familiar with one sheet report.
•  Willing to be placed at all company site.

 

4. HEAD OF PLANT MAINTENANCE DEPT

(Code: HODHE_Name)

Job Scope:

Coordinating, directing and reporting all maintenance and repair activities of Heavy Equipment and all units support in the project in order to ensure the achievement of PA, MTBF, MTTR targets that have been determined based on the direction of superiors, maintenance schedules, HSE standards and procedures that apply within the specified budget limits for support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

•  Job holder will be designated to control, analyze and evaluate plans and system maintenance or maintenance unit / equipment in the project.
•  Responsible for maintenance problems that occur in site and provide solutions that applicable, effective and efficient to achieve PA targets.
•  Responsible for all maintenance activity (MTTR and MTBF) are within the limits of the Budget and follow HSE standards.
•  Job holder must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
•  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Heavy Equipment) or equivalent.
•  Preferably hold POM (Pengawas Operational Madya) certificate.
•  Job holder must understand Heavy Equipment Management System and Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS) used in Mining Company.
•  This job require job holder to do shift work and willing to be placed in all Company's Site.
•  Full-Time position(s) available.

 

5. Rebuild Supervisor

(Code: RBTL_Name)

Job Scope:

Analyzing data to optimize the lifetime of machine, cordinate, direct and report all Heavy Equipment activities including planning & budgeting, utilization, performance and cost based on applicable HSE procedures and standards to increase lifetime of machine within budget.

Qualification:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
•  Has experience minimum 3 years as maintenance mechanic of mining industry is preferred. Preferably as Supervisor / coordinator.
•  Able to overhaul major component, such as: Engine, Power Train, Differential, Final Drive for Caterpilar, Komatsu, Cummins, Volvo units.
•  Able to overhaul minor component, such as Waterpump, Hyd Pump, Control Valve.
•  Able to operate SIS CAT, Link One.
•  Has min. 5 years experience in CRC (Component Rebuild Centre).
•  Has POP certificate.
•  Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk, Satui Site, South Kalimantan
•  Full-Time position(s) available.

 

6. SHORT TERM PLANNING ENGINEER

(Code : STE_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare plans and design short-term mine (months to 1 year) based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering.
•  Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.
•  Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
•  Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
•  Willing to be placed at all company site.

 

7. SURVEYOR

(Code: SVY_ Name)

Job scope:

Coordinate, control and direct all survey activities, develop survey methods and use survey tools  and coordinate with the MOD and HSE dept in order to ensure workplace safety conditions thatinclude survey activities at the mine for mining operational needs including those related to engineering, environmental and construction in in order to support operational activities through the presentation of accurate, complete and timely data. Process, translate and update survey data to be used as maps / drawings of mines and infrastructure and make monthly progress survey calculations, according to joint survey results to support the accuracy & completeness of environmental, geology, mine plan, blasting and geotechnic data, and support the smooth operation of mining activities .

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree of Geodesy Engineering.
•  Has work experience min 3 years at gold or mineral field or coal mining.
•  Has work experience min 3 years in same field.
•  Able to operate Total Station.
•  Having knowledge about survey software and units.
•  Willing to be placed at all company site.

 

8. MINE OPERATION SUPERVISOR

(Code: MODTL_ Name)

Job scope:

Regulate, supervise and verbally and in writing all overburden mining and transportation activities and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment within the scope of supervision based on the direction of superiors, mine plans and designs created by engineers within budget constraints, procedures and HSE standards that apply to ensure the achievement of work targets per shift and support the smooth "sequence" of mining.

Qualification:

•  Preferably Diploma or Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering. High School accepted with 12 years of experience in related field.
•  Has work experience min 3 years as supervisor in mining industry.
•  Has POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) certification.
•  Able to work with deadlines.
•  Good communicator and thorough at work.
•  Understand mining process and HSE procedure used in mining area.
•  Familiar with heavy equipment used in mining area.
•  Able to read mine design and operating units (KIMPER).
•  Willing to be placed at all company site.

 

9. CIVIL ENGINEER

(Code: CE_ Name)

Job scope:

Identifying, analyzing, estimating costs, designing design & planning, designing & drafting all infrastructure development and repair work at the head office, representative offices and all projects based on the direction of the superior within budget limits, procedures and HSE standards that apply to ensure the availability of estimates, designs & planning that are relevant in ensuring the functionality, effectiveness and aesthetics of infrastructure according to user demand.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
•  Has work experience min 3 years at gold or mineral field or coal mining is preferred.
•  Has experience minimum 3 years as civil engineer.
•  POP certified is preferred.
•  Willing to be placed at all company site.

 

10. HSE COORDINATOR

(Code: HSEC_ Name)

Job scope:

Ensuring and supervising safe work practices in accordance with HSE standards and regulations, adhered to and carried out by all employees and subcontractors in the project to ensure security and safety in the workplace, especially in the mining operation area.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor Degree of Environmental Engineering/Public Health/Safety.
•  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is requires for this position with 3 years as supervisor level.
•  Understand OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
•  Familiar with HR and HSE procedure used in mining industry.
•  Understand related government regulation.
•  Has strong leadership, adaptive and high perseverance.
•  This job will require job holder to actively communicate with HSE Head Office and report time to tome. Job holder requires to maintain stable communication and depth report with Project Manager & Clients.
•  Has POP certificate is a plus.
•  Willing to be placed at all company site.
