1.     Position Title: Civil & Building Supervisor

O&G Project

Cilegon, 6 months; renewal

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years overall experience and 5 years supervisory experiences in Civil & Building Construction of onshore oil and gas industries or Petrochemical industries. Specific experience on Revamping / Turnaround Project of Existing Plant is preferred.
• Understanding of technical specifications/standards for Civil & Building and applicable local regulations. Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the Civil & Building Construction.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to interface and communicate within team , Client and subcontractors.
• Willing to work with point of hire in Cilegon

Job Description:

• Supervise the Trade Contractors during the execution of Civil & Building Construction activities at site and coordinate various aspects including surface preparation works, inspections, material readiness and submissions, etc.
• Review of work schedule, method statements, drawings or other documentations related to the Civil & Building Construction activities.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager in daily operations.
• Carryout daily checks on Trade Contractor's workers and monitor works performed to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications; verify quantity and provide the input to the Site Project Control for progress monitoring purpose. Maintain a daily record of progress.
• Report to Construction Manager on main issues, specific events at site, progress and trends, and if any work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by Trade Contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.
• Overall coordination with Mechanical/Piping, Structure and other interrelated works including interface with Company Operation, when necessary.
• Enforcing HSSE Standard on the work site and liaise with the HSE Team to ensure all works are being carried out to the highest level of safety.
• Monitor approval process of work permit and ensure Trade Contractor's compliance with work permits.
• Liaise and report with the QC Inspector on quality related matters.
• Work with QC to prepare Punch list for finished work prior to hand over by Trade Contractor and ensuring closing of punch list items.

 

2.     Position Title: Field Civil Engineer

O&G Project

Balikpapan, 24 months

no rotation; MonSat

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Civil Structure Engineering
• Max. 50 years old.
• 10+ years’ experience oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery and gas processing/ LNG.
• Experienced as Lead Civil Engineer
• Expertise in the civil and structural fields supervisor construction of:
  1. underground facility,
  2. sewers,
  3. concrete structure,
  4. steel structure,
  5. road and paving,
  6. pipe racks and foundations
  7. earthwork,
  8. civil and steel work.
• Expertise in:
  1. American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC),
  2. American Concrete Institute (ACI),
  3. American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM),
  4. American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO),
  5. Uniform Building Code (UBC), or
  6. American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
• Expertise in programs structural design & analysis software
  1. SAP 2000, or
  2. STAAD Pro, or
  3. Etabs 2013.
• Expertise maintaining effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Expertise in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.

 

3.     Position Title: Piping Inspector

O & G Project

Balikpapan, 24 months

No rotation; Mon – Sat

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in oil refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG.
• 5+ years’ experience as Piping Inspector.
• Valid Certification
  • NDT inspection level II for RT/UT/DPE/MPE,
  • CSWIP 3.2 and/or
  • ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT).
• Expertise for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in piping engineering & design.
• Expertise in construction of piping and piping rack.
• Expertise for the design, analysis and review for Piping systems in gas processing plants and utility facilities.
• Expertise in Piping equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Piping System with a high level of quality.
• Expertise of computer programs (latest piping design software, etc).
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

4.     Position Title: Assistant Manager HSSE

O&G Project

Balikpapan 36 months

No rotation; MonSat

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• Max. 50 years old
• 10+ years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Experienced as HSSE Lead/Manager of HSE personnel on a project.
• Has experience as HSSE Lead in Refinery, ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
• Experienced in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site HSSE Issues in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
• Experienced in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures
• Excellent knowledge of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.
• Expertise maintaining effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

 

5.     Position Title: Assistant Manager Procurement/Operational

O&G Project

Balikpapan; 24 months.

Reporting Line: Procurement Manager

Purpose of Position:  Provide procurement services to Client, and its Owner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• Max. 50 years old
• 10+ year working experience in progressively senior roles in managing a wide variety of procurement activities
• Liaises with the Project Manager and is the primary procurement interface between the Customer, the project and the supplier community.
• Expertise to work with engineering, planning, project controls, construction and quality management to ensure procurement is properly aligned with the expectations of the other groups in understanding and addressing the project requirements.  Monitor and make changes as work progresses.
• Expertise to Manage the overall procurement activities in a project, including, purchasing, expediting, supplier surveillance and inspection, traffic and logistics, contract formation and administration.
• Expertise to Amend and update the project procurement plan as required in changing circumstances. 
• Expertise to ensure procurement is being executed as the contract requires and Customer expects, while protecting the Company's interests.
• Oil Gas Industry, Refinery / Petrochemical Project Experiences will be a plus.
• Experience in progressively senior roles in managing a wide variety of procurement activities with 10+ years of experiences.

 

6.     Position Title: Assistant Manager QA/QC

O&G Project

Balikpapan/LaweLawe 36 Months

No rotation

Job description:

• CONSULTANT shall establish a comprehensive quality management and quality control procedure for the project application.
• Review overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) System for the various phases of the PROJECT (i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning).
• Monitoring all quality assurance and quality control program implementation during every stage of the project (i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) and perform the required action to meet project goal.
• Being physically present at the site to monitor key site activities and monitoring detailed site quality work.
• Keep regular surveillance and audit Quality Assurance Program of CONTRACTOR.
• Review and approve the Quality Assurance and Control procedures proposed for the PROJECT.
• Ensure that the inspection and quality assurance programs are being followed and that proper documentation is provided for all equipment and bulk materials.
• Perform quality audits and assessments to ensure CONTRACTOR is in compliance with requirements of contract and appropriate quality and HSE plans and procedures.
• Reviewing quality reports and inspection reports and undertaking inspection for key element work and key equipment and materials.
• Review QA/QC report (this includes NCR/Deviation raised and settled during engineering, procurement & construction phases) for the Project complex on a regular basis identifying areas for action by concerned agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrument Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas, refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG.
• Expertise in HSSE management system.
• Expertise to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.
• Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill.
• Expertise to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Expertise in quality management, schedule, and manhour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality.
• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.

 

7.     Position Title: Project Manager

Solar Project

Sulawesi, 12 months; renewal

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• 10+ years working experience in Power Plant Project (Solar Power is preferably)
• Had worked as a Project Manager
• Expertise in the field of EPC in medium to large size construction projects;
• Photovoltaic power generation experience is preference (or similar projects like Power Generation)

Task & Activities (not limited to):

• Managed the local contractor team on site to execute the cold and hot installation commissioning activities in accordance to the commissioning plans and project schedule
• Coordination with the EPC, contractors that all electrical pertaining to the PV strings and Tracker systems installation in all subfields complies to the Indonesia Standards and electrical code of practice.
• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and subcontractors onsite.
• Coordinate and provide support to Supplier (Contractor) for the configuration of system network communication and integration with SCADA system
• Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any nonconformance were rectified prior to system energization.
• Monitor progress and completion to align with project schedules, critical path & milestones.
• Submissions of weekly report reports and handover deliverables to the clients.

 

8.     Position Title: QA/QC Civil Structural

Solar Project

Sulawesi, 6 months; renewal

To oversee, monitor and inspect all Civil work taking place at the project(s) site and making sure that the work complies with the approved method statements for the task at hand, with the right quality and in line with the project programmed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil;
• 5+ years working experience in Power Project (Solar Power is preferably);
• Had worked as a QA/QC Civil Structural;
• Expertise in the field of EPC in medium to large size construction projects;
• Photovoltaic power generation experience is preference (or similar projects like Power Generation)

Task & Activities (not limited to):

• To conduct full inspections of installations on the site(s)
• To submit full reports on the findings of the inspections and to record inspections on approved quality control documentation
• To report quality problems or findings to Site Construction Manager and follow up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place
• To actively participate to technical problem solving at site in support to the Site Construction Manager
• To monitor and report on progress of work

 

9.     Position Title: Safety Engineer

Solar Project

Sulawesi, 12 months; renewal

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Be conversant in analytical, scientific, and compliance software, as well as graphic imaging and CAD technology.
• 5+ years working experience in Power Project (Solar Power is preferably);
• Had worked as Safety Engineer
• Expertise in the field of EPC in medium to large size construction projects;
• Photovoltaic power generation experience is preference (or similar projects like Power Generation)
• Task & Activities (not limited to):
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers, hazardous waste technicians, and experts in law and business to address environmental problems related to solar activities;
• Monitor solar manufacturing facilities and use of hazardous materials;
• Inspect installation sites and equipment to evaluate and ensure compliance with environmental regulations;
• Provide environmental engineering assistance to network analysts and regulatory analysts;
• Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs; and inform clients of potential environmental issues.

 

10.  Position Title: Driving Trainer

Gas Project

Cilegon, 12 months; renewal

Principal responsibilities:

• Conduct Defensive Driving Training program and other mandatory subjects, in regards of driver competency.
• Actively monitor driver behaviour on ICC/OBC reported through driver status categorized
• Maintain Driver Profile data completion and updated as Linde documents

Required qualifications/experience

• Having driving license (not expired) and as a good driver.
• Experienced on similar position 3  5 years.
• Diploma/Bachelor Technical background
• Knowledge on dangerous goods is preferable.
• Knowledge on Petrochemical and Gas Industry.
