Eni In Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 14 PSCs of which 10 are as operators. The PSCs are spread from the western part (Krueng Mane, Aceh) to the eastern part (Arguni I, Papua Barat), and also from north border (Ambalat, northern Kalimantan) down to the south border (West Timor, Offshore Timor Sea, Nusa Tenggara Timur). We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

 

TAX MANAGER

Purpose:

• Manage and supervise all activities related to tax management, issues and disputes.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Manage all areas of company’s tax compliances & administration;
• Advise all tax issue related on various transactions to all level in the company;
• Identify and execute tax planning opportunities to minimize the company’s tax exposures in the future. May administer international tax laws and regulations;
• Manage tax accounting closing and other internal reporting process;
• Review monthly reconciliations of all tax account in general ledger;
• Manage tax audit and tax dispute;
• Analyze and identify the tax effects of all company transactions;
• Responsible for preparation and completion of Transfer Pricing Documentation;
• Give advice to necessary changes in internal procedures to fulfill the tax law changes;
• Participates in annual audits and special projects. Work with Head Office, consultants and auditors to provide required information and assistance;
• Maintains current knowledge of all taxes and customs laws & regulations affecting the company;
• Works in respect of Company Code of Ethic and Governance.

Main Interfaces:

INTERNAL      :  All departments of Eni Companies in Indonesia

                           Eni Head Quarter Office

                                   

EXTERNAL    :  SKK Migas, Oil & Gas Tax Office, Regional Tax Office,

                          Directorate General of Tax, Tax Court, Fiscal Policy Agency,

                          Customs Office, State Treasury, Milan Head Office

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education : A university degree in a relevant subject. Master Degree and graduates from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) is preferred.
• Possess Brevet A, B and C certificate.
• Language : Fluent in Indonesian & English languages
• At least 10 year experience in the relevant expertise. Have extensive experience in international oil & gas industry is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Jakarta Office Based, with possible business trips
