PT Rekayasa Cakrawala Resources (RECARE)

PT Rekayasa Cakrawala Resources (RECARE) was established on July 27, 2006, in Jakarta by PT Rekayasa Engineering, one of the leading engineering companies in Indonesia. When it was founded, RECARE's main business was Man Power Supply to meet the workforce needs of PT Rekayasa Industri (REKIND), and along the way we also provide a professional workforce for bigger-scope projects.

We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Sales Engineer

   1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering.
   2. Possess at least 2-3 years’ experience in the same field, specifically in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and other related business industries.
   3. Possess a good relation and strong networking in product selling.
   4. Possess a decent communication skill.
   5. Able and willing to work in the fast-paced working environment.

2. Senior Business Development

   1. Min Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university.
   2. Having at least 5-7 years’ experience in the same filed handling Water Treatment Plant/ Waste Water Treatment Plant Project.
   3. Possess a comprehensive knowledge in Package Water Treatment Plant/ Waste Water Treatment Plant Diagram.
   4. Possess ability to read and interpret P&ID drawing package.

3. Project & Cost Control Staff

   1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering or equivalent
   2. Possess at least 2-3 years’ experience in the same filed within Manpower Supply, EPC or Oil & Gas Industry.
   3. Possess comprehensive skill and knowledge in Ms. Excel, Dashboard and other related reporting modules.

4. Payroll Staff

   1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting or equivalent.
   2. Experience at the same filed for at least 2-3 years within Manpower Supply, EPC or Oil & Gas Industry.

5. Researcher Development for Recruitment

   • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology or equivalent.
   • Experience at the same filed for at least 2-3 years within Manpower Supply, EPC or Oil & Gas Industry.
   • Possess comprehensive skill and knowledge in Development & Benchmarking within HR business unit.

6. Contract Engineer

   1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law or equivalent.
   2. Experience at the same field for at least 2-3 years’ experience in EPC, Power Plant or Geothermal, Oil & Gas Industry.

7. Process Drafter

   1. Proven work experience as a Process Drafter for at least 2-3 years’ experience in EPC or Oil & Gas and similar industry.
   2. Familiarity with 3D modelling tools, CAD and other related software.
   3. Ability to meet deadlines

8. Subcontracting Engineer

   1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering or equivalent.
   2. Proven work experience as Subcontracting Engineer for at least 3-5 years’ experience in EPC or Oil & Gas Industry.

9. Process & Process Safety Engineer

   1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Chemical Engineering.
   2. Proven work experience in Engineering Process or Process Safety for at least 3-5 years’ experience within EPC or Oil & Gas Industry.
   3. Possess a comprehensive and knowledge in Engineering software (Hysis, CAMCAD, AutoCad or other related software).

10. Senior QC Painting/ Coating Inspector

    1. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering.
    2. Possess at least 5-7 years’ experience in the same field within Oil & Gas Industry.
    3. Possess valid and eligible Painting/ Coating Inspector certification.
