CAREER OPPORTUNITY LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama (member of Indika Energy Group) located in Central Kalimantan, is looking for qualified and passionate candidates to fill positions:

LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Job Responsibility:

• Making workplan & budgeting in the legal department.
• Make a chronological case, Legal Opinion, Legal Action to be submitted to the Directors or General Managers for problems in the company
• Coordinate with relevant agencies about company licenses
• Making concept of correspondence, Notification, subpoena (somasi), Agreement / Contract
• Mediate with landowners, coordinate with sub-district heads, and land related to land acquisition

Job Requirement:

• Min. bachelor’s degree from Law or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of experience in related area
• Familiar with Legal Opinion, Legal Document, and Legal Drafting
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills
• Have a lawyer card
• Willing to be placed in site project
