LEAN SIGMA PROJECT SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATION

• Lean Sigma Yellow Belt certified (Green belt preferred),
• Having excellent and effective communication skills to interface with multi-disciplines teams,
• Competent in facilitating training,
• Able to work with significant load and Able to adjust with high speed working condition,
• Experience in dealing with a diverse group of people including management, engineering, field operations personnel and peers,
• Strong analytical with a basic understanding of  economic modeling and decision analysis,
• Able to clearly articulate orally and in writing with the ability to translate complex technical issues into user friendly communications,
• Candidate should be a self starter, creative and innovative

SCOPE OF WORK

• Project monitoring and coaching in period of post toll gate meeting, 12 months control phase, and project complete.
• pTRAC compliance for all active projects.
• Red projects mitigations for all active projects above 4 months.
• Preparing monthly IBU Lean Sigma Newsletter
