1. Fabrication Supervisor

(Code : FBTL_Name)

Job Scope:

Arrange, supervise, and verbally and in writing all fabrication activities in the project within the scope of supervision based on supervisor's instructions and schedule / planning which are made by a planner to support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer with min 5 years of experience or Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with min 7 years of experience or High School Degree with min 12 years of experience.
  • Have POP certificate is a must.
  • Understand Mining Process.
  • Able to handle welding inspection.
  • Has certificate related to welding is preferred.
  • Have ability to work with deadline, visionary, and have good communication.
  • Understand Maintenance KPI (PA / MA, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto Analysis).
  • Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management & Maintenance Process.
  • Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

2. Plant Maintenance Supervisor

(Code : HETL_Name)

Job Scope:

Analyzing data to optimize the lifetime of machine, cordinate, direct and report all Heavy Equipment activities including planning & budgeting, utilization, performance and cost based on applicable HSE procedures and standards to increase lifetime of machine within budget.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer with min 5 years of experience or Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with min 7 years of experience or High School Degree with min 12 years of experience.
  • Have POP certificate is a must.
  • Understand Mining Process.
  • Have ability to work with deadline, visionary, and have good communication.
  • Understand Maintenance KPI (PA / MA, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto Analysis).
  • Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management & Maintenance Process.
  • Understand Performance Improvement Program related to vendor management.
  • Understand Failure Analysis.
  • Understand the process of making SOP, SWI, Standard Form (PM Service Sheet, etc.) & Familiar with one sheet report.
  • Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

3. Tyre Supervisor

(Code: TYRTL_Name)

Overview:

Manage, supervise, and verbally and in writing all the maintenance / care and repair activities of the tire in the project within the scope of supervision and to maintain the cleanliness of the work environment based on the directives of the supervisor and schedule / planning made by the planner within the limits of the budget, procedures and HSE standards applicable to ensure the use (lifetime) tire can take place maximally and minimize costs in order to support the smooth production process.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Has a minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic of Heavy Equipment.
  • Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.
  • Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.
  • Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
  • Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Has a POP certificate.
  • Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.

 

4. Plant Support & Facility Supervisor

(Code: SFTL_Name)

Overview:

Regulate, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all facility / support and maintenance / repair equipment activities (generator sets, lighting plants, pumps, tools, welding machines and other facilities) on the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment based on superior directives and the schedule / planning made by planners within the limits of the applicable budget, procedures and HSE standards to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR unit targets and support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Has experience minimum 3 years as maintenance mechanic of mining industry is preferred. Preferably as Supervisor / coordinator.
  • Understanding mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure an regulation, specification of tools and unit.
  • Understanding Heavy Equipment Management System.
  • Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Skillful on Electrical Maintenance & Repair of Heavy Equipment in the mining industry, such as: Watering Pump, High Voltage Generator, Genset, Lighting Plant, and LV mining car .
  • Understanding High Voltage Electric Equipment
  • Has POP certificate.
  • Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk, Asam-Asam Site, South Kalimantan

5. MDT Supervisor

(Code: MDTL_Name)

Job Scope:

Manage, supervise and verbally and in writing all MDT maintenance activities (schedule maintenance) in the project in the scope of supervision and maintain environmental cleanliness work based on the direction of superiors and schedule / planning made planner within budget constraints, HSE procedures and standards that apply to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTFR targets units as well as supporting the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

  1. Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  2. Has a minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic of Heavy Equipment
  3. Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.
  4. Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.
  5. Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
  6. Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
  7. Has a POP certificate.

 

6. Plant Maintenance Superintendent

(Code: HOSHE_Name)

Job Scope:

Coordinating, directing and reporting all maintenance and repair activities of Heavy Equipment and all units support in the project in order to ensure the achievement of PA, MTBF, MTTR targets that have been determined based on the direction of superiors, maintenance schedules, HSE standards and procedures that apply within the specified budget limits for support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

  • Job holder will be designated to control, analyze and evaluate plans and system maintenance or maintenance unit / equipment in the project.
  • Responsible for maintenance problems that occur in site and provide solutions that applicable, effective and efficient to achieve PA targets.
  • Responsible for all maintenance activity (MTTR and MTBF) are within the limits of the Budget and follow HSE standards.
  • Job holder must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Heavy Equipment) or equivalent.
  • Preferably hold POM (Pengawas Operational Madya) certificate.
  • Job holder must understand Heavy Equipment Management System and Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS) used in Mining Company.
  • This job require job holder to do shift work and willing to be placed in all Company's Site.

7. Plant Support & Facility Superintendent

(Code: HOSSF_Name)

Overview:

Coordinate, direct and report on all maintenance and repair activities for LV, Bus, Manhaul and Facility units in accordance with the PA, MTBF and MTTR targets set based on HSE standards that apply within the specified budget limits to ensure the availability of units in the work environment to support smooth operations on the project.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Has experience minimum 5 years as maintenance mechanic of mining industry is preferred. Preferably as supervisor / coordinator.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manajerial level.
  • Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation, specification of tools / unit.
  • Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
  • Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Skillful on Electrical Maintenance & Repair of Heavy Equipment in the mining industry, such as: Watering Pump, High Voltage Generator, Genset, Lighting Plant, and LV mining car.
  • Understanding High Voltage Electrical Equipment.
  • Has POP Certificate is mandatory.

8. Auto Electrician Supervisor

Job Description:

Organize, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all activities of the electric unit system repair and maintenance in the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment in accordance with the procedures and HSE standards that apply within the specified budget limits to ensure the availability of safe electric support in support smooth operation in the project.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Has a minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic of Heavy Equipment
  • Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.
  • Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.
  • Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
  • Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Has a POP certificate.
  • Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area.

 

9. RELIABILITY ENGINEER

(Code: RE_Name)

Job Scope:

Supervise and provide strategic recommendations related to improving the performance of the component / equipment based on the analysis of the health of the component / equipment in order to provide input repair before failure, extending oil & component failure and supervise and provide recommendations for prevention / prevention of non conformance components by suppliers / dealers in part or whole.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
  • Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
  • Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
  • Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.

10. MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Job Scope:

Manage, supervise, and verbally and in writing all MDT (schedule maintenance) maintenance activities in the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and the schedule / planning made by the planner within the limits of the budget, procedures and HSE standards applicable to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTFR targets and support the smooth operation of the mining.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
  • Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
  • Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
  • Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.
  • Knowing about Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

11. Manager of Mine Operation

(Code : MMOD_Name)

Job Scope:

Planning a strategy, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and taking action to improve internal and external production activities in the project covering all production activities with the aim of achieving production targets that have been set and implemented effectively, efficiently and safely in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering / Geology Engineering.
  • Has work experience min 10 years in the same field.
  • Has experience minimum 5 years as Engineering Superintendent.
  • In depth knowledge about mining process, HSE procedures, units/tools specification, macro process operation engineering, plant maintenance process.
  • Mastered on TQM, macro process operation engineering & safety mining contractors, financial analyst, cost and budgeting.
  • Hold POP/POM Certificate.
  • Willing to be Placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

12. Mine Cost Controller

(Code : MCC_Name)

Job Scope:

Conduct analysis, reconciliation, and reporting on financial program activities, financial items in the company, and conducting analysis on company's routine budget consolidation in accordance with the Company’s procedures and policies.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Mine Analyst or Finance - Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Having experience in data analyst/ mine data is a plus.
  • This job require job holder to report financial program activities, financial items, and all types of costs / transactions in the company and analyze and consolidate the company's routine budget in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Analyze and ensure the implementation of budget management in accordance with the capabilities and policies of the Company.
  • Calculate and analyze financially the feasibility of investment and / or mining projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reporting operational activities.
  • Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

13. Mid Term Planning Engineer

(Code : MTE_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare plans and design mid-term mine (1 to 3 years) based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering.
  • Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.
  • Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
  • Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
  • Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

14. Mine Analyst

(Code: MAL_Name)

Job Scope:

Analyzing production data, operator performance and production equipment performance as well as daily, weekly and monthly operational costs based on data input from data processing and effective coordination with the finance project to provide daily, weekly and monthly mining operational explanations to superiors and related users.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering.
  • Have experience minimum 1 years as Mining Engineer.
  • Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
  • Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
  • Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

15. Mine Administrator Specialist

(Code: MAS_Name)

Overview:

Manage and report on work shift/ change shift schedules, and leave schedules. Weekly and monthly PPE, control, record and report daily timesheet, set storing daily talk box meeting reports in order to support operation activities.

Job Description:

  • Manage and report roster schedules work/ change shift.
  • Compile, manage and report daily toolbox meeting, HSE accountability report.
  • Manage and collect performance appraisal, memo, and decree.
  • Distribute information and related documents with operational matter to related party.
  • Arrange & manage leave schedule of the worker.
  • Arrange and manage change shift schedule.
  • Report performance unit, operator performance (EWH) and productivity for each shift to superiors and related parties according to standards applicable reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Mining Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Master in Advance Ms. Excel is a must.
  • Has the ability to analyze and evaluate contract agreements (contract management).
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Has the ability of Administration & Reporting.
  • Familiar with one sheet reporting.
  • Familiar with arranging leave schedules, change shift / roster schedule.
  • Able to manage manpower and units to support mining operational needs.
  • Understand tool productivity and unit availability (UA/PA).
  • Understand mine planning.
  • Understand production data monitoring.
  • Understand the process of pit services management and fleet management syst

 

16. HSE Trainer

(Code: HSETR_Name)

Overview:

Bringing and developing safety training activities including training classes, training hours, and overall performance training in order to prepare workers to know, understand, comply and be trained in HSE procedures so that the risk of accidents and damage can be reduced.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Environmental / Public Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering.
  • Has experience minimum 3 years as HSE in Mining Industry.
  • Has TOT certificate is mandatory.
  • Has certificate of OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manajerial level.
  • Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure.
  • Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk, Asam-Asam Site, South Kalimantan.
