To support its growing business operations, the company is looking for best candidates to fill the following positions:

 

Planner Coordinator

Plan, coordinate schedule and monitor all maintenance activities effectively and efficiently:

Requirements

  1. Min D3 (preferably engineer) with 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation and planning.
  2. Experienced and familiar in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) program, preferably SAP.
  3. Manage planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance ( PM Service, Backlog Management , and Component Replacement).
  4. Manage Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring based on oil analysis, cutting filter, magnetic plug, PPM and P2U.
  5. Maintenance Improvement and strategy
  6. Strong knowledge and concept on setting up preventive maintenance.
  7. Preferably those having hands-on experience in:
    1. work planning and scheduling
    2. Maintenance budget / planning cost
    3. Presentation of performance & PICA (MA, MTBF, MTTR, Service Accuracy and Redo Service )  by weekly basis.
    4. excellent computer skill
    5. Able to work in details, time management , target oriented , good reporting system.
    6. Able to Show and Maintain good attitude , Open, honest, pro-active, respecting others.
  8. Willing to work on Job site Sesayap, Kaltara.

 

Plant Supervisor

Coordinate and execute scheduled activities of maintenance effectively and efficiently:

Requirements

  1. Min D3 (preferably engineer) with 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation and planning.
  2. Max 40 years old.
  3. Experienced in preventive maintenance ( PM Service, Backlog Management , and Component Replacement ) and troubleshooting.
  4. Experienced in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring based on oil analysis, cutting filter, magnetic plug, PPM and P2U.
  5. Maintenance improvement and strategy.
  6. Preferably those having hands-on experience in:
    1. Managing roster mechanics
    2. Managing workshop facilities and tools.
    3. Presentation of performance & PICA ( MA, MTBF, MTTR, Service Accuracy and Redo Service )  by weekly basis.
    4. Excellent computer skill.
    5. Able to work in details , time management , target oriented , good reporting system.
    6. Able to show and maintain good attitude , open, honest, pro-active, respecting others.
  7. Willing to work on Job site Sesayap, Kaltara.

 

Mine Engineering Foreman

General classification:

  1. Male
  2. Age 25 – 30 years
  3. Education min. D3 in mine engineering.
  4. Min. 2-year experience in the same position as Mine Engineering Foreman
  5. Owning POP certificate (added value / preferably)

 

General Trainer Officer

General classification:

  1. Male
  2. Age 25 – 40 year
  3. Education Min. senior high school (SLTA / equivalent)
  4. Min. 3-year experience at the same position as General Trainer Officer.
  5. Owning POP certificate / TOT (added value / preferably)

 

Production Foreman

General classification:

  1. Male
  2. Age 25 – 40 years
  3. Education Min. senior high school (SLTA / equivalent).
  4. Min. 4-year experience at the same position as Production Foreman.
  5. Owning POP certificate (added value / preferably)

 

HR Recruitment Officer

General classification:

  1. Male / Female
  2. Age 25 – 35 years
  3. S1 Psychology
  4. Min. 2-year experience at the same position as Recruitment Officer (preferably those from mining companies)
  5. Familiar with system of development and recruitment.

 

HR. Manager

General classification:

  1. Min. S1 (law, technics, psychology, management)
  2. Min. 10-year experience as HR. Manager (site Project)
  3. Max age 45 years
  4. Knowledge:
    1. Manpower law, recruitment, development, training and evaluation, compensation and benefits for employees, General Services, administration.
  5. Management:
    1. Recruitment system
    2. Compensation and benefit, remuneration.
    3. Development system, training & evaluation
  6. Familiar with system of development and recruitment
    1. Soft Skill :
    2. Organisation, Multitasking, wisdom, business ethics, dedication, team work, trust.
  7. Familiar with system of development and recruitment.
