Planner Coordinator
Plan, coordinate schedule and monitor all maintenance activities effectively and efficiently:
Requirements
- Min D3 (preferably engineer) with 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation and planning.
- Experienced and familiar in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) program, preferably SAP.
- Manage planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance ( PM Service, Backlog Management , and Component Replacement).
- Manage Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring based on oil analysis, cutting filter, magnetic plug, PPM and P2U.
- Maintenance Improvement and strategy
- Strong knowledge and concept on setting up preventive maintenance.
- Preferably those having hands-on experience in:
- work planning and scheduling
- Maintenance budget / planning cost
- Presentation of performance & PICA (MA, MTBF, MTTR, Service Accuracy and Redo Service ) by weekly basis.
- excellent computer skill
- Able to work in details, time management , target oriented , good reporting system.
- Able to Show and Maintain good attitude , Open, honest, pro-active, respecting others.
- Willing to work on Job site Sesayap, Kaltara.
Plant Supervisor
Coordinate and execute scheduled activities of maintenance effectively and efficiently:
Requirements
- Min D3 (preferably engineer) with 10 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation and planning.
- Max 40 years old.
- Experienced in preventive maintenance ( PM Service, Backlog Management , and Component Replacement ) and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring based on oil analysis, cutting filter, magnetic plug, PPM and P2U.
- Maintenance improvement and strategy.
- Preferably those having hands-on experience in:
- Managing roster mechanics
- Managing workshop facilities and tools.
- Presentation of performance & PICA ( MA, MTBF, MTTR, Service Accuracy and Redo Service ) by weekly basis.
- Excellent computer skill.
- Able to work in details , time management , target oriented , good reporting system.
- Able to show and maintain good attitude , open, honest, pro-active, respecting others.
- Willing to work on Job site Sesayap, Kaltara.
Mine Engineering Foreman
General classification:
- Male
- Age 25 – 30 years
- Education min. D3 in mine engineering.
- Min. 2-year experience in the same position as Mine Engineering Foreman
- Owning POP certificate (added value / preferably)
General Trainer Officer
General classification:
- Male
- Age 25 – 40 year
- Education Min. senior high school (SLTA / equivalent)
- Min. 3-year experience at the same position as General Trainer Officer.
- Owning POP certificate / TOT (added value / preferably)
Production Foreman
General classification:
- Male
- Age 25 – 40 years
- Education Min. senior high school (SLTA / equivalent).
- Min. 4-year experience at the same position as Production Foreman.
- Owning POP certificate (added value / preferably)
HR Recruitment Officer
General classification:
- Male / Female
- Age 25 – 35 years
- S1 Psychology
- Min. 2-year experience at the same position as Recruitment Officer (preferably those from mining companies)
- Familiar with system of development and recruitment.
HR. Manager
General classification:
- Min. S1 (law, technics, psychology, management)
- Min. 10-year experience as HR. Manager (site Project)
- Max age 45 years
- Knowledge:
- Manpower law, recruitment, development, training and evaluation, compensation and benefits for employees, General Services, administration.
- Management:
- Recruitment system
- Compensation and benefit, remuneration.
- Development system, training & evaluation
- Familiar with system of development and recruitment
- Soft Skill :
- Organisation, Multitasking, wisdom, business ethics, dedication, team work, trust.
- Familiar with system of development and recruitment.
