HR Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Demonstrate sufficient business knowledge to be effective in contributing to critical people decisions. Understand goals of People Plan and role in achieving them. Partner with HR Manager to develop local implementation plan. Engage team leaders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of key people initiatives. Manage internal and external recruitment activity while ensuring conformity to recruiting standards and adhere to Controlled Organization principles and governance. Support team leaders in the execution of key reward and performance cycle programs and initiatives. Facilitate Performance Management (SMART objectives, Performance Review) and Reward (pay / promotion review, bonus, equity and recognition) processes ensuring alignment.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, LAW or related
• 35-45 years old
• 10th Years Experience in HR
• Male/Female

The Successful Applicant

• HR Generalist experience with strong C&B
• Familiar with Human Resources Information System, SAP, is value add
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in Bahasa and English
• Strong leadership
• Good consulting and coaching capability
• Power plant HR management background is preferred.
