We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

 

EMERGENCY RESPONSE COORDINATOR

(Assignment: Balikpapan, Tabang)

Responsible to develop, monitor, measure, and evaluate the Emergency Response Plan to ensure the readiness of applied control measures. And to plan in order to prevent and or handling the emergency situation within project area responsibility, to ensure comply with company’s Emergency Response, government regulation, and other requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (preferably Bachelor Degree) in public occupational Health & Safety/Environment or Engineering or relevant background (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 (Three) years experiences in SHE, or others related to Emergency Response
  • Will be preferred if understand of Mining Safety or Plant Safety
  • Certified with several rescue techniques by authorities
  • Will be preferred if having experiences in rescue challenge event such as IFRC, BFRC or other similar event
  • Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
  • Fluent in English both verbal and writing
  • Willing to work at remote area
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Superior to support in development and implementation of project emergency response plan
  • Liaise with SHE Training and Project SHE team to select personnel and conduct training to establish Petrosea Emergency Response Team with sufficient skill and knowledge
  • Coordinate project team to implement the procedure/guideline related to Emergency Response
  • Coordinate project team to conduct Emergency Drill
  • Conduct review, analysis and evaluation of the existing identified emergency situation and relevant procedure consider to the real condition and the requirements
  • Assist Superior to develop recommendation action in order to control the emergency situation
  • Coordinate, manage, and comply SHE Management Plan for project site related with emergency preparedness and response
  • Analyse and provide the Emergency Drill and Accident report and develop recommendation as needed
  • Conduct regular Emergency Equipment inspection using the available guideline
  • Provide inspection/audit report include the recommendation actions to standardize emergency equipment and response across site
  • Involve in the incident investigation related with emergency situation in project site
  • Maintain and follow up any HAZOBs report related with emergency equipment
  • With management approval, to coordinate the Petrosea rescue team in Fire & Rescue Challenge for local or national
  • With management approval, to contribute to the disaster rescue effort in regional and national
  • Be the person in charge (with the HR Site Team) of the employee evacuation process, whether in sickness, work accident, or accident not due to work and inside or outside the work site
  • Involved in fatality risk potential activities to determine emergency plan to prevent fatality occurred
  • Conduct emergency training for all project personnel.

 

ERP TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIST (SAP)

(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)

Collaboration with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand operation/business functional requirements, actively Interact with key users of cross-functional teams from different Business Lines, supporting function and department, in order to build high level of enterprise application architecture.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years working experiences as ERP Technical & Functional Specialist or minimum 5 years working experiences as ERP Technical Specialist or ERP Functional Specialist
  • Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) Degree with Outstanding Result from Reputable University majoring in Computerized Accounting, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Experiences (Both as a Consultant or End-User) and has been involved minimum 1½ years in Several Modules or Full Cycle of SAP Implementation, covering these modules of  FI, CO, PM, MM, PP, SD
  • Build High Level of Enterprise Application Architecture, Provide Proper & Best Quality Control for Detail Design, Development, Unit Testing & Preparation before Product Go-Live by Utilizing the Appropriate Methodologies + Technology + Supporting Tools
  • Experience in using Middleware Tools, PI/PO Integration Technologies in the Following Areas: Service Repository and Integration Directory, Data Mappings, XSLT Mappings, EDI and XML Communications, Proxies, Interface Definitions, and XSDs; Configuration and implementation of PI/PO Adapter Types (IDoc, RFC, JDBC, File, SOAP, WS, JMS, HTTP, REST and Proxy); Configuration, design, development, Message Monitoring; Adapter Logs, Adapter Engine Status, Communication Channels etc.
  • Experience in Technical Design Solution of SAP ABAP as well as SAP (ECC & S4/HANA) Development, HANA SQL Script, also Carrying Out Performance Tuning of the HANA Models and Working with SAP HEC as required to Define Hot, Warm and Cold Data
  • Hands-on experience working on SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA in architecting Robust Reporting Platform, BW's New Major Modelling Object, Custom SAP BW Extractors, Exposing BW Models As HANA Views with Mixed Scenarios, HANA Analysis Process in BW and Performance Optimization Concepts such as Data Tiering Optimization.   • Experiences or has been involved in Migrating Historical Data from Legacy Data Warehouse to BW/4HANA, Knowledge & Experiences with BW Specific Security Concepts around Roles Privileges
  • Experience Working in start-up environment or organizations with an Agile Culture
  • Experience using JIRA/Microsoft Visual Studio Team Service (VSTS)/Talend/Trello/Power Steering/KPI Fire/Wave/Redmine/Bitrix24/TaskWorld/SoftBless or other similar Project Management & Collaboration Tools would be plus point

ESTIMATING MANAGER

(Assignment: Head Office)

 Manage and lead the process of estimation across all disciplines in the company from tender preparation to the actual implementation and ensure that all estimates are built up in accurate, reliable, and systematically conform to company’s procedures and current situation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years experiences as estimator/Lead Estimator
  • May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea/Indika offices, partners’ offices etc.
  • Overtime working will be required from time to time
  • May require acting as Estimating Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages estimate preparation and submission
  • Organize and facilitate the review and approval of proposals
  • Ensure quality, integrity and accuracy of all proposals
  • Allocation of resources (estimating & proposal) for tender preparation
  • Prepare and review tender budget and monitor actual and planned expenditure
  • Develop resource utilization plans
  • Complete Tender Document Executive Summary Form
  • Sign off the Final Review packs
  • Coordinates the completion of all required tender deliverables, submission text and attachments
  • Review of accuracy of cost estimates
  • Development of and maintenance of estimating norms and databases

MATERIAL MANAGEMENT MANAGER

(Assignment: Site Based/Head Office)

 General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices; thorough knowledge of all types of materials and parts required for school division operations; general knowledge of the applicable standard grades and qualities, materials and supplies; ability to prepare and maintain accurate records; ability to plan and supervise the work of others; Ability to establish and maintain good working relationship with associates; ability to prepare report and manageable in a good practice to the business ethics and company’s procedures.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering major (technical trade or project type background is required)
  • Min. 12 years experiences in Mining Warehouse and Inventory with 2 years experiences as a Maintenance Planner
  • Mechanical aptitude and/or strong general engineering skills
  • Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management
  • Awareness of ERP system [e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards] would be an advantage but are not essential
  • Fully understanding in EMS (Environmental Management System)
  • Familiar with Customs Regulations for Export and Import
  • Familiar with freight Regulation
  • Fluent in English, strong computer literacy, good interpersonal skill and motivate people
  • Strong communication skill and team work
  • Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure work – warehouse area performed conforms to Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements
  • Provide advice and guidance to company’s project in order to enhance effective and efficient management warehouse and inventory
  • Supervise the operation of a storeroom and all facets including ordering, receiving, processing, recording and distributing supplies and materials. Supervision is exercised over warehouse keepers and delivery persons
  • Contribute significantly to the overall operating efficiency and profitability of the business with encompass data, quality compliance, performance reporting and total Value Ownership analysis
  • Develop and manage a rolling 1-2 years contracting and part store plan
  • Manages environmental aspects of facilities by staying appraised of environmental concerns and advising departmental management of guidelines, procedures, etc., to maintain environmental compliance
  • Conducting all warehouse meeting to develop and to improve part store availability service and delivery site
  • Attend regularly scheduled site visits in order to perform internal audit and external audit for warehouse to comply company’s procedure
  • Responsible for setting up warehouse system for project start up and organize compilation data and stock transfer for project close out
  • Prepare Final Warehouse Report for project closing in order to provide an inventory correct data, work closely with Project Manager
  • Actively contribute to a team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker Health, Safety and Environmental, Keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safety, health and environment at all times

PLANNING MANAGER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Manage & develop the Asset planning group with effective deliverables. To apply these maintenance tools into Petrosea maintenance planning activity. Develop & mentoring personnel in Asset Planning group. Develop, maintain and document all processes, procedures and method statements for sound management system within the Asset Management group.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years leadership roles holding supervisor or superintendent positions
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements & also ready for site visits as require
  • Extensive background and experience in maintenance of larger excavator & haul truck fleets
  • Experience on both Liebherr and Hitachi model excavator
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of planned maintenance and backlog management
  • Good analytical , leadership & supervisory skills
  • Good communication in English
  • Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
  • Ensure  review & analyze Long term Planning schedules (1-3 year) for all major fleet - identify risks/ benefits in long run & finally come up with a realistic plan 
  • Liaise with OEM vendors by arranging regular meeting to discuss issues identified in long term & documenting the same with proper feedbacks
  • Proper co-ordination & regular communication with central planning & site planning to ensure the long term & short term planning schedules are transformed into execution mode & also all planning issues addressed & resolved properly – both at central planning & site planning level. Regular visit to BPN & Sites will be required
  • Develop material forecast accuracy for maintenance execution, with coordination with cross functional teams
  • Coordination with engineering team for timely preparation & adjustments in maintenance budget 
  • Establishing standard BOM for scheduled maintenance activities & ensuring consistent use of those across all operating units
  • Regular communication with mine planning group to understand the production demand for finalizing the long term & short term maintenance plan.
  • Ensuring timely submission, compile & analysis of regular AMG reports - with recommended actions for improvements
  • Provide technical support in any technical services within asset management as delegate by immediate supervisor & monitor the progress of work against estimates
  • Active involvement on Asset management procedures – policies review & development ; conduct site internal assessment  & ensure planning process meets the industry best practice standards
  • Continually monitor and mentor planning personnel within asset group
  • Ensure sufficient planning resources are provided to operational and site level groups to effectively implement the maintenance plan
  • Monitor manpower technical skill development training program for operations-based planning group.

 

PRODUCT OWNER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Leading and developing a team of Product Owners to ensure the vision of the portfolio of products is clearly articulated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management, Master or Management, Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable University
  • Hold a Certified Product Owner (CSPO) is another strong point and/or SPO (SAFE Product Owner) or PM (Product Manager) preferred experience
  • Experience in Senior or Middle Position/Role as Product Owner at least 4 years with 2+ years of experience in Agile software development approach
  • Represent Business to Development teams, Groom Product backlog, Prioritize Requirements, Create User stories with acceptance criteria, Participate in daily scrum work and maximize Product value
  • Provide Product Requirements and influence Product Roadmaps for Quality Retrospective and Prospective initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Strategy, Operations, Quality Assurance and Development teams to ensure Customer problems are solved

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and Act as liaison between Business Owners, Operation and IT/ICT Teams to refine, drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the product team understand the direction and vision
  • Effectively communicate to the team the stakeholder needs so the team’s delivery meets both contractual requirements and established acceptance criteria, including expected quality and performance. Additionally, complete various management activities according to defined service level commitments and compliance process guide
  • Serve as the Product Management (business) proxy and decision point to represent the stakeholders in the project and manage the product backlog including the management of the overall release plan
  • Create and maintain the solution vision, roadmap, and backlog of work through the project's life cycle, make it cost effective, in-line with budget, on or prior the define schedule
  • Translate features into user stories within a team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog so that it is reflective of stakeholder requirements and priorities
  • Diligently track status of all development efforts and provide regular status updates to leadership including escalation of issues as appropriate

PROJECT SERVICES MANAGER (ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION - EXPATRIATE)

(Assignment: Head Office)

Plan, direct and continuously develop the Project Services program activities (planning, cost control, commercial) to ensure that the Project Services function is able to fully support the company’s strategy and deliver the annual targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree with related background industry
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in project services with managerial experiences
  • Broad knowledge of planning & scheduling, cost control, and commercial/contracts
  • Professional detailed knowledge of construction in large projects
  • Proven track record in running large remote construction projects
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
  • Ability to manage all aspects of business commercially and contractually with clients
  • Ability to mentor and develop E&C team members
  • Conduct detailed project reviews to ensure projects are on track from a budget and schedule perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation and regular update of detail Project Master Schedules
  • Plan, direct and analyze company’s risk and insurance including company’s risk procedures and company’s insurance portfolio in order to maintain company’s cost effectiveness
  • Plan, direct and control and review all project activities and continuous enhancement of company’s cost control system and overall project management procedures and systems in order to ensure efficiency and punctuality of projects
  • Review and monitor the implementation of contract administration to ensure that all contracts/Purchase Orders are comply with the Groups standards and guidelines
  • Establish and review annual Project Services budget to ensure the budget meets with department needs and requirements
  • Ensure all relevant reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
  • Lead, develop and motivate subordinates in order to enhance the performance of individuals, as well as work unit for the challenges of the future
  • Maintain and implement HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conforming with official standards and requirements

QA / QC Manager

(Assignment: Head Office)

 Develop, monitor and provide continuous improvement of a robust company-wide management system through process owners as well as manage the quality personnel availability and competencies to ensure the compliancy through the internal audit program and enhance awareness of ‘quality’ within company in terms of maintain company’s quality certification.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 (ten) years’ experience in Quality positions, with supervisory or management roles
  • Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Good communication skill
  • Willing to travel to other work location or project sites as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review the tender document for define tender requirement in order to develop tender input based on specific requirement and referred to previous approved best practices
  • Establish, develop and improve Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other QA/QC documentation, plan and implement project inspection and source QA/QC personnel to fill in the roles in order to promote the implementation of Quality Management System
  • Maintain and monitor the quality standard certification (i.e. ISO 9001) implementation and hold a role as a Management Representative to ensure quality standard conformance in the company
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of internal quality audit program to ensure the quality adherence
  • Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators in order to meet KPIs
  • Advice on changes in quality policies/procedures and their implementation, provides training, tools and techniques to enable others in achieving quality standard
  • Establish, manage and control the operational budget for the business unit to ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish, review and communicate quality timely report for internal and external purpose in order to ensure accurate and reliable report in timely manner
  • Liaise with certification body and inspection and expediting surveillance agencies includes authorization to select and appoint the agency and invoices approval

SENIOR COST CONTROLLER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Establish administrative controls, monitoring project from Tender, and responsible for execution up to Close out phase as the key to achieve budget goals.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma degree with 5 years experiences in project control
  • Understand and operate project control system such as Dbase, Ms. Access, Ms. Excel, Power Point, and likely knowledge in SAP and PRISM
  • Ability to establish cost control monthly report
  • Ability to operate computer and other office facilities
  • Knowledge of best practices in project administration, procedures, and contract
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill
  • Good communication in English
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard.  The WBS will be reviewed and approved by Project Control Manager and Project Manager
  • Responsible to have and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion, using the right data collected from all departments at site and off site
  • Responsible to prepare, review and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines
  • Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met
  • Responsible to report discrepancies, defaults or nonconformities in the Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known and prepare the Variance analysis Report
  • Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract
  • Responsible to extract data from EAM to check quantity and price as committed cost and compare to approved budget and allocate budget cost distribution and do the budget approval on Purchase Requisition
  • Prepare calculation of accrual cost incurred at end of month based on actual progress and booked cost
  • Responsible to review and confirm Subcontractor invoices are as per Contract terms & condition and issue COP/PPC’s (Process Payment Certificate) for further payment process
  • Responsible to clarify payment status with Subcontractor and to review and confirm Close Out of Subcontractor agreement
  • Ensures the Risk & Opportunity register maintained by Project Manager and uses the register’s output of Contingency for inclusion within the approved Forecast
  • Understands the detail project schedule and the important milestones being managed by the Project Planner and reflected in Forecast
  • Provide actual cost information to Proposal Team to assist in evaluation of tenders. 

 

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR

(Assignment: Head Office)

Prepare detailed cost estimates the Company can have confidence in, all in accordance with Company procedures and accepted good practice for the industry. Actively assist the Estimating Team to continually enhance estimating procedures and processes. Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences, with minimum 2 years as an estimator, preferably  has experience in material handling, infrastructure, and marine works
  • May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea offices, partners offices etc.
  • Overtime working will be required from time to time
  • May require acting as a Lead Estimator and/or Bid Manager
  • May require to be rotated as a Project Engineer on site once Petrosea can secure the project
  • Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of    work, calculation, and preferably also in design work
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera.

Responsibilities:

  • Review proposal specifications and drawings and attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
  • Attend site visit and prepare detailed report of existing local conditions, available facilities and technical capabilities
  • Review and monitor Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice. Sufficient explanatory notes are to be included referring the location of supplementary information
  • Review and monitor that a comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Package is sent only to Company Approved Subcontractors for any “major subcontract” work. Terms and conditions of the Subcontract Package must be back to back with the head contract. Comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Packages to be reviewed by all Division functional departments. 
  • Review and monitor Subcontractor responses are properly evaluated and the results tabulated on a Subcontractor Bid Evaluation spreadsheet
  • Analyses and recommend (with the Bid Manager and Lead Estimator) the “big ticket” items in the Estimate and proactively works on these with the bid team with a value added outcome as the aim
  • Analyses benchmarking productivities to be applied to the Estimate against recognized industry norms. The productivity uplift/discount shall be shown separately for each bill item in the estimate.
  • Prepare evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company. R&O Matrix is to serve as the basis for estimating an appropriate contingency allowance for inclusion in the Cost Estimate
  • Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality or availability of materials
  • Prepare estimates by calculating complete take-off of scope of work; price work items
  • Review terms and conditions of subcontractor and vendor quotes; serve as a liaison with subcontractors and vendors during the bidding process
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
