Community Involvement & Development (CID) Superintendent

(Site Meulaboh)

Responsibilities :

1. Manage all business processes in his unit for ensure the implementation of KPI targets and the values set by the Holding Company;
2. Develop, propose and manage monthly work plans and budgets at the Community Involvement & Development (CID) work unit to ensure that the work plans are in accordance with the Company's work plans;
3. Manage Community Involvement & Development (CID) program activities that are in accordance with the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) and Company policies;
4. Monitor and evaluate the Company's Community Involvement & Development (CID) and CSR programs to ensure that work targets are met as well as all processes under management are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures;
5. Compile and submit reports related to Community Involvement & Development (CID) in accordance with the specified time;
6. Manage the performance of subordinates to ensure the achievement of the performance of their units to achieve the targets set by the company;
7. Carry out K3LH / HSE policies and programs to ensure that all activities below are in accordance with HSE Accountability.

Requirements :

1. Magister with min 8 years experience including 2 years experience in the mining industry; and 2 years experience in a Supervisor / Managerial position;
2. Bachelor with min 10 years experience including 2 years experience in the mining industry and 2 years experience in a Supervisor / Managerial position;
3. Basic Community Development Certification by CFCD;
4. Competency Certification of Associates Public Relations from LSP PR;
5. Has the ability of Negotiation and Bargain;
6. Able and and fluently speak local language (Acehnese Languange);
7. Has a Strategic Public Relations Manager Competency Certification from LSP PR.
