QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Min. SMK for PLANT, OPERATION, & TECHNICAL from a similar majors
2. Min. Diploma Degree (D3), for HRGA, OHSE, & SCM from a similar majors
3. Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) for IT from a similar majors
4. At least 3 years Experiences on same position in Mining Construction
5. Able to operate Computer (Ms. Office & others)
6. At leasthave Driver License (SIM A) forall Positions
7. Must Have Driver License (SIM B2) for PLANT & OPERATION
8. Must Have Blast Permission Card (KIM) for TECHNICAL
9. Must Have Blaster Certificate Training for Drill & Blast Foreman
10. Have a “POP” Certificate
11. Have good Interpersonal & Communication skills
12. Willing to be placed at any Job Site with Roster System.
