Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

 

SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE MECHANICAL – FIX PLANT (CODE : SMM-VI/18)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Duties :

1. Coordinate the daily work and shutdown work of the crusher mechanical crew to achieve high compliance to the weekly plan, and to the shutdown plans.
2. Work with Maintenance Engineering Section to identify and resolve maintenance problems, especially those which affect job safety and equipment availability.
3. Coordinate with the Document Controller, Planning, to ensure that all mill area manuals and drawings are kept up to date, and that any deficiencies are corrected.

Requirements :

• A trades background with extensive practical experience in the mining and training.
• Or an engineering degree with extensive practical supervisory experience in the mining industry or related industry.
• Attendance of supervisory courses.
• Experience with Gyratory Crushers, SAG and Ball Mills
• Conveyor belt repair and maintenance.
• Practical supervision of maintenance teams in a process plant environment of at least 2 years.
• Previous process Plant commissioning and post commissioning experience in an isolated or difficult geographical location.
• Consistent under pressure
• Holding Indonesian drivers license
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental

 

MAINTENANCE HEAVY VEHICLE (CODE : MHV-I/2020)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

This position will work in shift or steady day only. HV Mechanic will be a part of the team that is responsible for all light vehicles, mobile plants, generators, and heavy equipment in PT MSM / PT TTN at the Process Plant and mining area.

Duties:

1. Do work preparation without wasting time making trips to workshop back and forth;
2. Estimate the work completion time;
3. Rework not more than 5% of any completed jobs;
4. Attend all trainings prepared by the company and apply them at work;
5. Be available to train mechanics to find errors and repair electricity;
6. Suggest material, or the tools to be used when planning a job;
7. Be able to write brief reports out of findings and report them for repairs;
8. Always update Supervisors on potential issues so that they can be followed up.

Requirements:

• Latest education at least SLTA or equivalent;
• Preferable those having mechanic background, experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance and those mastering mobile crane troubleshooting;
• Preferable holding SIM B Umum
• Be able to demonstrate the awareness on corporate safety and environmental culture.
