Eni In Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 14 PSCs of which 10 are as operators. The PSCs are spread from the western part (Krueng Mane, Aceh) to the eastern part (Arguni I, Papua Barat), and also from north border (Ambalat, northern Kalimantan) down to the south border (West Timor, Offshore Timor Sea, Nusa Tenggara Timur). We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:
GOVERNMENT AUDIT & REPORTING MANAGER
Purpose:
To coordinate and be focal point of all required document from all internal relevant department for SKKMigas Reporting and Government Audits.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Manage Financial Reporting submitted to SKK Migas
- Manage Audit from Government Institutions
Main Interfaces:
INTERNAL : All Eni indonesia Departments
EXTERNAL : SKKMigas
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline (finance / accounting / economics) from reputable university
- Training and Courses:
- Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
- Indonesian (fluent), English (fluent)
- Minimum 10 years finance experience in Oil & Gas Industry in production stage PSC
- Knowledge, Technical or Professional Skills :
- Deep understanding of PSC principles and relevant regulations & procedures
- Deep understanding of PSC financial aspects (WP&B and FQR)
- Deep understanding of AFE process and PSC asset accounting (SINAS Migas)
- Experience in managing audit from Government Auditor
- Familiar with SAP accounting system
- Knowledge of SKKMigas reporting processes
- Awareness of PSC accounting and cost recovery
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to build modeling using MS Excel)
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Indonesia and obey the corporate policy of Eni Indonesia on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practice Eni Indonesia Safety Systems.
- Provide and maintain safe and healthy conditions of work to subordinate personnel and control over the compliance by the personnel all safety and labor protection rules and regulations
- HSES awareness in all duties and activities / compliance enforcement with general HSES rules
Required Competencies:
- Analytical and interpretational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Team player and self motivated
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions:

GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL REPORTING & AUDIT ANALYST
Purpose:
SKKMigas Reporting & Government Audit
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Assist the team leader for the preparation of SKK Migas financial reporting including Work Program & Budget and the Revisions, Operational Statistic Reports, Financial Quarterly Reports and Monthly Reporting for all operated PSCs both in production stages as well as exploration stages.
- Assist the team leader on AFE Close Out activities and Work Program & Budget presentation to SKK Migas.
- Assist the team leader on Government Audit activities
Main Interfaces:
INTERNAL : All Eni indonesia Departments
EXTERNAL : SKKMigas
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor degree (minimum) in accounting from reputable university
- More than 5 years experiences in Oil& Gas industry in production stage PSC
- Good understanding of PSC principles and relevant regulations & procedures
- Good understanding of PSC financial aspects (WP&B and FQR)
- Good understanding of AFE process and PSC asset accounting (SINAS Migas)
- Experience in managing audit from Government Auditor
