PROJECT COORDINATOR

Min. Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering with 5 years as Site Manager or KTT
2. Outstanding proficiency in geological modelling and mine planning (Mincom), Mine design concepts and mining methods, have awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements
3. Have high exposure in mining business processes which includes recognizing & analyzing the cost drivers
4. Have strong leadership and good presentation skill

CIVIL ESTIMATOR :

Min. Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. 5 years working experiences as an estimator. Preferably  has  experience in Civil and Oil & Gas Project
• Familiar with project in PT Badak, PT PKT and PT Petrokima area
• May require acting as a Lead Estimator, Site Manager and/or Bid Manager and require to be rotated as Project Engineer on site
• Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of  work, calculation, and preferably also in design work
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, Tecla, Helix

PLANT COORDINATOR

Min. Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years as maintenance mechanic of mining industry. Preferably as supervisor / coordinator.
• Have Strong Leadership and Analytical thingking
• Have depth knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance management, cranes equipment, medium trucks, stationary engines (Watering Pump, Genset, Lighting Plant, and LV mining car, etc)
• Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance
• Management System & Maintenance Process.
• Have good knolwlede to workshop set up, fuel stations, lube stations, and fixed plant experience
• Good understanding of Maintenance schedule & Unschedule
• Willing to travel to project/sites in remote locations
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office)

SALES ENGINEER

Min. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or other related background.
• Minimal 2 years’ experience at Sales/Marketing business
• Good business sense, possess communication and analytical skills
• Strong driving force, self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed
• High integrity and trustworthy
• Strong understanding of customers and market requirements
• Have driving license A and C
• Computer literate (MS Office)

PURCHASING SENIOR STAFF

Min. Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in any major with 5 years as Purchasing Staff
• Good knowledge in export import documentation, export & import process,
• Have negoitation skill, comparison & selection skill
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office)
• Preferably have communication in English, Chinese/Hokkien

HR SUPERVISOR (GENERALIST) SITE OPERATION

Min. Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Law/Industrial/Management/Economy.
• Have work experience min 3 years in the same field.Have experience minimum 2 years as HR Supervisor is preferred.
• Heve depth knowledge about HR scope, business process, HR procedure and regulation, labor laws, HR audit.
• Have good communicatio & presentation skill.
• Have advance skill in computer literate
