1. POSITION  : Junior Instrumentation Engineer

Department/Project : OFENG

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : 2-3 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• 2-3 years in similar position or similar field
• Junior / Fresh Graduated Instrumentation Engineer
• Willing to go to site or other Centers if required

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Instrument Engineer will be work with Sr Engineer to produce several Instrumentation documents, i.e. Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheet, Spesification, RFQ, TBE etc.
• He will be involved on either BID, FEED or EPC project.

 

2. POSITION  : Junior Automation Engineer

Department/Project : OFENG

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : 2-3 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• 2-3 years in similar position or similar field
• Junior / Fresh Graduated Instrumentation Engineer
• Willing to go to site or other Centers if required.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Automation engineer Will be work with Sr Engineer to produce several Automation documents, i.e. I/O List, FGS Matrix, ESD Matrix, Control Narrative, etc.

 

3. POSITION  : INSTRUMENT LEAD

Department/Project : OFENG

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Having an experience on work to lead the Telcom Engineering for EPC on either WHP project, CPP Project, LNG Project, minimum 1 valid project at Indonesia or Mid East area.

4. POSITION  : TELCOM LEAD

• Having experience on work to lead the Telcom Engineering for EPC on either WHP Project, CPP Project, LNG Project, minimum 1 valid project at Indonesia or Mid East area.

5. POSITION  : PIPING AND LAYOUT LEAD

Department/Project : OFENG

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Fifteen (15) years minimum experiences of layout and piping engineering,
2. Basic knowledge and capability to develop plant layout and equipment layout according to process requirements defined on PFD or P&ID and in accordance to the engineering good practices,
3. Knowledge of plant layout optimization ,
4. Knowledge of Piping/Electrical/Instrumental/Civil/structural basic terminology and rules,
5. Capability to define project scope in order to meet the needs and expectations of the interested parties (especially clients and users.)
6. Knowledge in conversion and/or new built floater design, involving mainly oil and gas upstream and gas liquefaction technologies and related utility systems, with mainly a module design approach
7. Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase,
8. Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work
9. Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations. Capability to analyze dedicated Project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation  actions,
10. Capability to define the Project general rules and guidelines for Discipline quantities estimation either on Bid Projects or on Projects in execution,
11. Capability to estimate Discipline Work Orders and Bid Projects engineering man-hours budget based on the Project quantities and scope of work,
12. Capability to plan discipline engineering activities and documentation deliverables in order to meet Project schedule milestones considering design workflows and engineering interfaces with all other project disciplines and functions,
13. Capability to prepare and coordinate the preparation of Discipline technical proposal documents for Bid Projects according to Tender contractual requirements,
14. Knowledge of piping engineer design software tools i.e. Naviswork, Smartplant Review. Minimum skills of PDMS, E3D and/or S3D is great advantage,
15. Knowledge of basic principles of stress analysis design criteria, literate the AIV and FIV phenomenon,
16. Capability to coordinate and effectively communicate with the team, as well as with other involved departments, actors and parties.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Analyze and understand Tender documentation,
2. Implement bidding methodologies, design criteria's and guidelines,
3. Define list of activities and deliverables, setup time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual  requirements,
4. Prepare engineering manhour and material cost estimations,
5. Ensure Discipline Project progress, monitor and control manhour consumption,
6. Ensure proper Discipline workflow,  interfaces, quality checks and approval of all Discipline Project documents, including Vendor ones,
7. Track and report to TM Discipline scope of work changes updating manhour and cost estimates,
8. Provide technical support to Project functions including Procurement and Construction,
9. Identify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted.

 

6. POSITION  : Sr. Loss Prevention (LOSPE) Engineer (Process Safety Engineer)

Department/Project : OFENG

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Personal Skill
   1. Has Experience on EPCI Projects and FEED with Major international Oil&GAS Companies.
   2. Has experience in engineering management and manage an internal group og engineers.
2. Technical & Professional Skill/Knowledge
   1. Strong knowledge about safety regulations, codes & standards.
   2. Expertise in the various LOSPE activities :
      1. Risk management assessment and safety studies e.g. QRA, FERA, EERA, EESA, DOS, NHRA, RAM Study, participation on HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/3D model review    workshop.
      2. Firefighting system including Active and passive fire protection philosophy, FW PID  design, FW hydraulic calculation, specification and data sheet for firefighting equipment and firefighting equipment layout.
      3. General safety design e.g. HAC, F&G detector system (F&G detector philosophy, F&G  layout, F&G detector mapping, F&G cause and effect matrix, SIL verification), safety equipment specification/data sheet and layout, gas dispersion and heat radiation study.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Lead/coordinate, LOSPE internal group of the following LOSPE activities; risk assessment & safety studies, firefighting system, general safety, and environmental engineering.
2. Review all document related to point no.1 including philosophy, calculation, specification and drawing Before issue to client, and review document from other disciplines.
3. Back to back with LOSPE lead engineer in the meetings and technical reviews.
4. Support procurement, commissioning, construction and yard activities
5. Can be mobilizied on the project locations, other Saipem offices both in Indonesia and/or abroad.

 

7. POSITION  : ELECTRICAL LEAD

Department/Project : OFENG

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Electrical system design & configuration, standard codes and regulation
• Electrical equipment/material testing
• Planning, progress control, project document management, coordination and leadership
• GULF( SAUDI,QATAR, UAE, IRAN, etc.) project worked experience is advantage/preferable

 BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• PSl for electrical engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards
• Ensures the execution of the engineering activities within own area of responsibility, works following the TM guidelines, cooperates with the other project position and ensures the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.
