TAX ACCOUNTANT

Profile/Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fiscal/Tax/Accounting
• Min. 2 years experience in Tax

Responsibilities

• Identify tax aspects in every invoices from vendors (including relevant tax rates, requirements of COD or business license).
• Process tax payment, monthly and annual tax return preparation, and tax return submission.
• Ensure all tax figure are reconciled with accounting figure.
• Supporting audit process.
• Maintain proper filling documentation up to expiration date base on prevailing regulation.
• First contact person when something needed by another department due to daily transaction.

General Requirements :

• Computer literacy, familiar with MS Office accounting software, e-SPT, eBilling, e-Filling, and e-Bukpot.
• Strong sensitivity in administrative working.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

 

HR SPECIALIST

 Profile/Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Law or relevant field.
• A minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources area, or proven experience in similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Willing to be assigned in Papua (Tangguh Projects)

 General Requirements :

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
