1. POSITION : DEPUTY SITE HSE MANAGER
- Department/Project: HSSE/TEP ONSHORE
- Work Location : SITE LNG Papua
- Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
- Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field
- Duration : 12 months
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
- More than 5 years ideally in oil and gas industry (preferably some year in onshore).
- Experience in management or supervisory role, preferably experienced professional with capability to lead the HSE department and advise management on all aspects of safety legislation/safe work procedures.
- Professional HSE qualifications, membership in professional bodies.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Coordinates the activities of HSE on sites as the right hand of Site HSSE Manager
- Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the Group’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems.
- Ensure development of Project Quality Plan, HSE Plan, and other QHSE documents are established, implemented and maintained.
- Ensure inspections are properly carried out as per project requirements, paper monitoring of inspectors and maintaining of records.
- Establish, implement and maintain Training programs, Inspections/Audits, Accident Investigations, HSE Plan and Emergency Plan and compliance to legal requirements.
2. POSITION : HSE TRAINER
- Department/Project: HSSE/MERAKES
- Work Location : Karimun & Balikpapan & Offshore
- Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
- Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
- Duration : 8 months
Required Working Skills/ Qualification/ Certification
- Have at least 5 years’ experiences in training delivery.
- Have the technical skills and knowledge and understand how to undergo and implement HSE Training.
- Received and passed the certification of related Train the Trainer.
- Have the proficiency of English in professional role in term of Training Delivery.
- Much preferable to be experienced in Construction activities for transferring the technical skills : lifting and rigging (advance level will be preferable), scaffolding (advanced level will be preferable), working at height, confined space, hot works activity.
Brief Job Descriptions
- Capable to develop HSE Training material (following Saipem Delphi, Project Requirement, Standard and Regulation).
- Capable to organize and deliver HSE Training.
- Capable to perform and deliver HSE Training practical session for at least basic lifting and rigging, scaffolding, working at height, and confined space.
- Proper record the evidences of HSE Training delivery (attendance sheet, register).
- Prepare proper plan and schedule of HSE Training delivery.
- Inform Project HSE Manager if any gap identified on training material and or program, and suggest area of improvement if required.
3. POSITION : HSE SENIOR SUPERVISOR
- Department/Project: HSSE/MERAKES
- Work Location : Offshore
- Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
- Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
- Duration : 6 months
Required Working Skills/ Qualification/ Certification
- To be experienced in Construction and Commissioning activities in brown field.
- Certified for AK3 Migas/ Menakertrans.
- Certified for root cause analysis and investigation.
- Much preferable to be certified for various HSE Technical skill: lifting, rigging, scaffolding, electrical, working at height, confined space, and hot works activity.
Brief Job Descriptions
- As deputy of Project HSE Coordinator.
- Ensure Project HSE Plan/ Manual and HSE deliverables are implemented throughout the entire project life.
- Promote and deliver Project HSE Campaign throughout the entire project life.
- Ensure that relevant HSE risk assessments are complied with and that Job Safety Analysis are prepared during the operations, including monitor the effective implementation of the Permit to Work system on site.
- Assist in the investigation of accidents and analysis in order to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measures.
- Supervise and Control compliance of the equipment utilized on site.
- Supervise Environmental aspect on site, supporting key personnel.
- Follow-up the and monitor HSE Key Performance Indicators for the operational activities.
4. POSITION : SIMOPS (SIMULTANEOUS OPERATIONS) SUPERVISOR
- Department/Project: HSSE/TEP Onshore
- Work Location : SITE LNG Papua
- Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
- Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
- Duration : 12 months
Required Working Skills/ Qualification/ Certification
- More than 5 years ideally in oil and gas industry (preferably some year in onshore).
- Experience in management or supervisory role, preferably experienced professional with capability to lead and advise management on all aspects of safety legislation/safe work procedures.
- Strong safety related skill.
Brief Job Descriptions
- He Participates actively to all SIMOPS meeting / SIMOPS Dossier and regulation / pre-job/kick-off meetings / JSA / RA / planning / schedule
- He liaises with all different Departments to share information and communication with various parties involved.
- He helps in anticipation of Interaction and potential conflict of activities / priority / Minimize down time between Production issue & Project target & other Department activities
- When the work activities are defined and the Work Permit is issued under the Performing Authority responsibility, the SIMOPS Coordinator needs to verify the conformity of PTW as per SIMOPS Matrix and verify the non-conflicting condition.
- He reviews the Work Permit with associated documents and ensure there conformity such as procedure, Risk Assessments, proper P&ID as per CSTS standards and codes of practice to facilitate its approval and validation by the Approval Authority
- He ensures the manpower involved for the job is adequate and that the maximum POB of the concerned Area will be respected.
- He is responsible to liaise with the different Performing Authorities and delegates for the different services such as Maintenance, Inspection, Construction and the different specialist Team Leaders for the different activities and the interfaces with production.
- He gives advices concerning the segregation of work Permits according to the importance of the work to be performed and its characteristics (Hot Work, Cold Work, type of Preventive Maintenance, operation requiring Work Permits with Multi tasks, work in work shop…
- He identifies together with the Area Authority and the HSE Rep. the adequate precautions and control measures to be implemented on site in order to minimize the risk ALARP.
- Once the PTW are approved by the Approval Authority, the SIMOPS Coordinator is responsible to gather all PTW for the SIMOPS the day the work is planned in order to manage the PTW
- He carries out regular visits on the SIMOPS site to liaise with SIMOPS CSTS/Area Authority and evaluates the safety standards and working practices.
- He checks all Interactions and potential conflicts of activities on site with the different delegate of Performing Authorities
- Verify the Work Permit conformity on site with appropriates signatures, inhibit and isolation certificates and registers.
- Actively contributes to the Permit to Work Audit process.
- Follow some Daily Tool Box Meeting and advises specific issues and actions to the Working team leaders based on his experience.
