SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)
Direct and control the Mechanical/Piping engineering unit by providing leadership and support to the people in the unit to ensure that schedules, budgets and man-hours are achieved complies with company and client standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experiences in handling Mechanical and Piping, process design and process engineering

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review the quality of estimates produced by the Mechanical and Piping Engineering disciplines to ensure Engineering estimates are accurate, complete and deliver on time
- Plan, direct and review design activities produced by Mechanical and Piping Engineering disciplines to ensure designs are fit for purpose comply with budget, client and industry specifications in timely manner delivered
- Analyze and review contract to ensure the overall contract are comply with the scope of work and contract terms and conditions as they apply to mechanical and piping engineering
- Develop and maintain Mechanical and Piping engineering resources including coordinate the allocation of design work within the discipline group to ensure timely and efficient production of quality designs

ASSET ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)
To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) e.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc., which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (minimum 5 yrs)
- Minimum 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management / Maintenance especially few years on-site
- Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)
- Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written
- Willing to travel to site in remote area

Responsibilities:
- Prepare & maintain Asset rate (especially mobile equipment)

- Maintain LCC through periodical review, to see the LCC fitness
- Prepare analysis on asset actual performance
- Prepare & provide light recommendation in determining predictable asset performance, revenue and asset risk
- Prepare & provide relevant data for Mtc Budget, Reforecast and Tendering new project budget
- Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal Petrosea policy

CIVIL & STRUCTURE ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)
Control and monitor end-to-end process of project execution regarding civil engineering works for Petrosea Logistics Support Services, both construction and operational; translate the concept into real design; develop-review-approved design product.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years experiences in Civil Design Engineering
- Proficiency in specific Software for Civil-Marine Structure Design
- Familiar with Civil/Structure Software (Staad Pro)
- Able to support estimating and feasibility studies are required
- Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
- Willing to be assigned to Project Site
- Excellent work ethics and team works attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review all civil works and documents, to ensure all works adhere to International Engineering standards and codes as well as company’s management system
- Review, prepare, and conduct complex Civil Engineering calculations in order to produce calculations of consistent accuracy
- Review, prepare, and analyze specifications, basis of design, and engineering reports in order to produce documents of consistent accuracy
- Review, prepare, and evaluate RFQ (Request for Quotations) packages and conduct TBE (Technical Bid Evaluations) in order to ensure RFQ’s and TBE’s are accurate and consistent
- Monitor and review the preparation of CTR’s (Contribution of Ratios) and provide input into scheduling in order to ensure CTR’s accuracy
- Monitor and control the preparation of civil engineering drawing reports to ensure all reports are accurate and in a timely manner
- Operate and control civil engineering software packages and evaluate output (Terra model) to suggest changes and improvement when needed

CIVIL DESIGNER
(Assignment: Head Office)
Transcribe manual marked up drawings or engineers sketches into electronic AutoCAD format and modify the existing electronic drawings as per instruction from engineers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Diploma Degree preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences as a Designer
- Having knowledge using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Programs
- Able to calculate related Material/Work Quantity
- To work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Prepare layout and detail drawings using autoCAD and or civil 3D plant in collaboration with discipline engineers to ensure design intent and effectiveness is achieved
- Ensure all work produced complies with company standard operating procedures and standards

DISPATCH IT
(Assignment: Site Based, Kalimantan)
Perform routine maintenance, hardware installation, and network monitoring to make FMS system running well.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Technology, bachelor degree are preferable
- Minimum 4 (four) years previous experience in Electrical/Instrumental process engineering prefer for Fleet Management System
- Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology
- Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Monitor and control end-to-end project execution related to electrical engineering works for PLSS, both Construction and operational; translate the concept into real design; develop-review-approved design Products (both internal and external).
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical-Electronic
- Minimum 4 years previous experiences in Engineering and Construction with thorough understanding for multi discipline aspects of construction works

ASISSTENT MANAGER

Ensure and monitor day-to-day Cash Management and Treasury function, including funding, credit, management, forecasting, and execution of the plan & improvement in order to meet the company’s standard procedures and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Min. 4 years experiences in Finance & Accounting
- Understanding of finance and accounting system (computerized)
- Understanding the business process of company, project management, safety policies, and management system
- Good analytical thinking, attention to details, English literacy
- Having good communication skill.
Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor the receipt, custody, control and disbursement of funds and securities and supervise the organization’s banking, credit and investment functions
- Assist for monitoring cash flow and working capital especially the receivables as well as converting unutilized cash into term deposit with staggered period to ensure that cash flow requirements
- Monitor the performance and security of credit, working and depository accounts held with local and international banking and investment institutions

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
(Assignment: Balikpapan Office)
Lead, direct and manage activities Asset Management on site such as maintenance, fabrication, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics and ensure the cost align with budget in order to achieve project goals and meet standard and targets set up by Asset Management as a group.
Requirements:
- Min diploma degree in civil/mechanical industrial engineering with min 10 years’ experience in mining industrial or having international recognized trades qualification with 5 years’ experience.
- At least 10 years professional experience in maintenance view, out of which 5 years in managerial position.
- Demonstrate proactive safety attitude.
- Promote safety awareness and culture.
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment.
- Has understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management.
- Willing to travel to project/ sites in remote locations.

- Plan, organize and direct the asset and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective readiness of assets (MA, MTBS, MTTR, etc).

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

- Minimum 3 years Diploma degree preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experiences as a Mechanical/Piping Designer
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD 2010 Version or higher, preferably in AutoCAD 3D Plant or E3D or SMART 3D
- Detailed understanding of the applicable international standards (API, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, JIS, AS)
- Knowledge of pipe and fittings, valves, and piping specialties
- Ability to develop isometrics from orthographic drawing
- Ability to develop pipe routing from plot plan drawing and P&ID Drawing.
Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, control, and analyze operation data, processes, procedures, and performance onsite to ensure mining improvement processes and tasks are in line with organization goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial
- At least 4 years working experiences in open cut mining operations especially at Continuous Improvement section
- Strong knowledge on Improvement Method (Six Sigma)
- Strong computer skills, preference is competent using statistical software application such as MINITAB
- Strong on analytical (multi variance data) skills and Problem Solving skills
- Excellent in communication skill with English and Indonesian, verbal and written
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites

Responsibilities:
- Promotion of HSE program targeting zero work related injuries and illnesses
- Coordinate with others function/department head to ensure improvement processes and implementations are running well and follow timeline in onsite
- Analyze operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS and etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project
- Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements can be measured
- Ensure a specific method/ discipline to measure the gap between current process capabilities with the project's goals is developed and followed up
- Ensure systems to maintain the Improvement processes are established and adjust the project strategy action plans as required

SENIOR ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION DESIGNER

Review and produce electrical and instrument drawings that are accurate, consistent and in a timely manner conforming to international engineering and safety standards and codes with minimum support engineers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma III Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 4 years experiences as Designer
- Extensive experience in using AutoCAD program

Responsibilities:
- Prepare single line diagrams, panel schedules, electrical layout drawings, cable routing drawings, block connection diagram, termination diagrams, schematic diagrams, loop diagrams, typical installation drawings
