Professional Community Development

JOB ROLES:

• Support all social investment/community development program coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Support local socialization, community engagement for social/community development program.
• Support preparing and generating report on Social program/ community development to ensure implemented program meet the expected target and have good impact to Company image.
• Support engagement, collaboration and synergy of INPEX social/community development program including but not limited to with government agencies and other institution.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor degree, majoring in any relevant disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Having onsite experience in East Indonesia or Maluku is a plus.
• Fluent in English language, written and speaking.
• Good in power point presentation (preparation as well as presentation skill) .
• Good public speaking will be beneficial.
• Objective oriented, high integrity, quick learner and self-motivated.
• Team player.
• Basic Knowledge and understanding In Upstream oil and gas business process.

 

Support Community Liaison

JOB ROLES:

• Collect and identifying information gaps via community engagement
• Visiting affected village communities on a regular basis to consult with community members and representatives on project- related matters to share information and gather feedback
• Helping to prepare consultation and engagement materials for sharing project information using local language (s) or dialects during project socialization activities of FEED Survey and Amdal.
• Support in maintaining an on-going relationship with local community stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION:

• Academic degree in Social Science, Economic or any other discipline studies
• Working experience at least one year in the similar field
• Speak and understood English anguage, written and speaking.
• Understood upstream oil and gas business process (preferable)
• Having an experience in East Indonesia or Maluku is preferable
