  1. Position Title: Senior Officer Change Management

    • Jakarta 13-36 months
    • Bachelor of Engineering degree
    • Previously worked in Project Management Consultant (PMC) position for the last 2 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
    • 7+ (seven) years applicable experience in Project Control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
    • Expertise in risk management on similar projects.
    • Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  2. Position Title: Risk Analyst (2 persons)

    • Jakarta 35 months
    • Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.
    • 5+ years’ experience as Sr. Process Risk Engineer in offsite, utilities and offshore facilities in refinery
    • Previously worked in Project Management Consultant (PMC) position for the last 2 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
    • Know and adhere to contract requirements that have an influence on the risk Management (risks and opportunities)
    • Assess the risk of occupancy and give recommendation in order to minimize the occurrences of the risk
    • Identify, record and report all project risks in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
    • Maintain the project risk register and ensure that appropriate action plans are in place to mitigate identified risks and that those actions are regularly reviewed and effectively managed on weekly basis and define the setup of the risk management for the work packages.
    • Facilitate and contribute in risk workshops and Risk meetings, including Risk meetings for work packages and risk review meetings. Frequency, participation and form to agree with Risk and Opportunity Manager/Project Manager.
    • Conduct risk analysis in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
    • Has experience in HSSE management system
    • Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction
    • Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
    • Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities.
    • Has a strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
    • Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
    • Has ability in quality management, schedule, and man-hour control of the Engineering Work from Engineering through mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance with a high level of quality
    • Excellent knowledge about Indonesian’s Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.
    • Has a good medical record

  3. Position Title: Cost Engineer

    • Jakarta 24 months
    • Balikpapan 24 months
    • Previously worked as Cost Engineer or Estimating Engineer
    • Previously worked in Project Management Consultant (PMC) position for the last 2 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
    • 7+ (seven) years applicable experience in Cost Control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
    • has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases
    • be able to create estimating data bases from bids
    • has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.
    • Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.
    • Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.
    • Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
    • Fluent in Communication and writing in English.
  4. Position Title: Cost Estimator

    • Balikpapan 50 months
    • At least 5+ years’ Experience as Cost Estimator
    • Previously worked in Project Management Consultant (PMC) position for the last 2 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
    • 7+ (seven) years applicable experience in Cost Control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
    • has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating basic

  5. Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer (Contract)

    • Gresik - Smelter Industry
    • Supervise, provide technical guidance, interpret, manage projects/tasks and/or participate in activities to support civil engineering projects with a focus on bulk earthworks, concrete, structural engineering & design as well as site supervision of civil activities. Additional activities include inspection, measurement, interpretation, analysis, coordination, problem solving, forecasting, reporting, project design (office) and construction support.  Provide technical advice and guidance for all phases of assigned large/complex engineering projects and programs, ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within an appropriate time and at appropriate cost.
    • Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
      • 10+ years related experience in engineering or a related field
      • Experience with metal smelting operations, especially with regards to geotechnical, water management, structural, earth and concrete works.
      • Experience with cost estimating for civil projects, project scheduling and project controls
      • Skilled in related engineering software (AutoCAD/Civil 3D, ArcGIS, GoldSim), programming languages
      • Knowledge of principles and practice of civil, geotechnical, water resources, water quality/treatment, and/or geological engineering
      • Demonstrate technical competence through engineering and/or operations experience in at least one of the following work areas: earthworks, structural design, concrete design, construction supervision, dams, process water balance and slurry transport.
      • Proficient in MS Office and other engineering tools (CAD, analytical, mapping)
  6. Position Title: Night Safety Supervisor Site (Contract)

    • Gresik – Smelter Industry
    • Under general direction plan, organize, manage and control the industrial hygiene and safety programs and systems for an assigned project.
    • Job Scope
      • Nature of work: Works on complex issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and delegation to others in a group or functional area.
      • Level of interaction: Often collaborates with managers and/or functional or site leaders and interacts with external EPC or EPCM colleagues.
      • Autonomy/decision making: Works under moderate supervision and has some latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact department or individual work group
      • Budgetary responsibility: Has no budgetary responsibility
      • Managerial responsibility: Manages a specific program or project and may supervise people.
    • Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, OR
      • Master’s degree and five (5) years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, OR
      • Some post-secondary education and 10 years of experience in health & safety or field construction plus five (5) years of health and safety experience in the construction industry, including three years in a supervisory capacity
      • Experience with metal mining construction projects, especially with regards to safety.
      • Ability to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
      • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
      • Skill in developing and implementing safety practices, and recognizing, controlling and/or eliminating hazards

  7. Position Title : Contracts Administrator (Contract)

    • Gresik – Smelter Industry
    • Provides input on the preparation of the contract strategy and planning documents. Prepares and manages the bid processes for construction, engineering and construction services contracts required for the execution of the Capital projects. Administer the construction, engineering and construction services contracts during the execution phase throughout close out. Manages the close out process for those administered contracts. Manages the Contract Administration System CAS.
    • Job Scope Information
      • Nature of Work - Works on different contractual related issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy under guidance and coordination with the Contracts Manager.
      • Level of Interaction - Constantly interacts with managers and discipline leaders as well as the contractors’ representatives in a construction related environment.
      • Autonomy/Decision making - Has moderate supervision and some latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines that may impact department or individual work group.
      • Budgetary responsibility – Has no budget responsibility.
      • Managerial responsibility - Manages a function or specific program(s) or project(s) but no people.
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering and four (4) years’ experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering
      • Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management
      • Work involves frequent travel and relocation to the site of work
      • Experience with large copper production and related facilities
      • Prior EPCM experience preferred
      • Heavy industrial construction commercial management experience
      • Working as a team member (Client, EPCM & Contractors)
      • Training in Contracts Management preferably.
      • Ability to work on a deadline driven environment with multiple tasks required to be developed simultaneously.
      • Knowledge and ability to write and understand contracts language.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication.
      • Fully Bilingual English/Bahasa Indonesia is required
  8. Position Title : Project Control (Contract)

    • Gresik – Smelter Industry
    • Under limited supervision, provides project management support, construction management support, cost and schedule analysis, reporting, and general project controls support.
    • Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, designing innovative short cuts, and reviewing engineering alternatives.
    • Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts status against an established baseline schedule.  Understands the construction methodology and can identify potential issues and impacts and propose corrective actions. 
    • Assess the impact(s) of design or construction changes and associated cost growth and/or schedule slippages.  Evaluates proposed process improvements, requests for information (RFIs), and differing site conditions for impacts to the project in terms of cost and/or schedule.
    • Estimates quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to validate project estimates, change orders and scope changes through the review of design drawings, sketches, calculations or other information supplied by the engineering or construction company.
    • Understands and applies engineering, procurement and construction terminology, concepts and relationships to the scope of work and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Nature of work: Works on moderately complex issues and usually implements solution through individual effort.
    • Level of interaction:  Collaborates within the department or work group and has limited interaction with external colleagues.
    • Autonomy/decision making: Works under frequent supervision and has limited latitude to set objectives, priorities and timelines impacting the individual assigned area of work.

    • Preferred Qualifications
      • Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling programs
      • Experience with Cost and estimating programs
      • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
      • Ability to multi-task in a high paced project environment
      • Experience with mining construction projects
      • Reports to the Project Controls Manager
      • Bachelor's degree in appropriate Engineering discipline or equivalent experience, and four (4) to six (6) years’ experience in project controls
      • Bilingual – English and Bahasa
  9. Position Title : Assurance Engineer (Vessel)

    • Jakarta
    • Technical compliance of hired fleet and suitability for and project requirements inclusive of international standards
    • Maintain a vessel assurance auditing schedule including current status of all vessel
    • Coordinate all marine vessel audits & inspections required for the project
    • Provide notifications for all types of vessel Audits (Marine Warranty Survey, SKK Migas, SIMOM Vessel Assurance)
    • Maintain a detailed database of all vessel documentation including data sheets, certificates and statutory documentation
    • Expedite closeout of all marine vessel audits and provide the status
    • Support Technip foreign flag vessel importation with respect to required inspections, certificates and statutory documentation
    • Coordinate with COMPANY marine and logistics team on statutory documentation and certification
    • Follow up specific vessel inspections related to Indonesian regulations such as SIMOM etc
    • Liaise with hired vessel owner to ensure project requirements are met and ensue efficient cooperation and work flow for the project.
    • Monitor and audit  hired fleet during mobilization
    • Control hired fleet crew suitability including HSE and certification
  10. Position Title: Planning Engineer

    • Jakarta 24 months Balikpapan 24 months
    • At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
    • Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
    • At least minimum 10 (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
    • Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
    • Has been principal engineer responsible for the control of similar projects
    • Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of Resources and Activity duration on construction projects
    • Able to determine 3 (three) critical path for each plant and overall project (first, second and third critical path) and always be controlled and discuss to owner if any bias indications.
    • Has an experience to analyze potential progress behind due to material delay, lack of manpower or low performance and predict impact to end of project schedule and propose suggestion to avoid project schedule delay.
    • Has ability to prepare and monitor a CPM schedule for the project to identify the resources and time required completing the project.
    • Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.
    • Has a good medical record
    • Fluent in Communication and writing in English
