We are a reputable Multinational Logistic Company which provides Tug Barge & Floating Loading Facility services, urgently seeking for a highly motivated and qualified professional to be positioned as:

OPERATION STAFF - SAMARINDA

Job Description :

• Monitoring vessel movement, ROB, Bunker, Fresh Water, and tank cleaning.
• Monitoring cargo operation, speed, bunker consumption, and tank cleaning.
• Monitoring smooth operation ad loading/discharge port.
• Minimizing vessel delays.
• Ensuring vessel operation is done based on SOP.
• Checking Fixture Note/Charter Party sent by Commercial Department
• Preparing voyage check list.
• Sending daily updates vessel schedules/movement and ETA notice to all related parties.
• Checking port restriction to ensure the vessel suitability to enter the port, berthing prospect, most competitive port disbursement.
• Collecting data analyzing vessel data (such as speed, bunker, pumping rate, cargo etc) comply with charter party
• Updating daily operational/vessel schedule
• Coordinating with vessels, operation manager and charterer to minimize problems (operation matters)
• Following up charterer’s claim
• Filling voyage documents, voyage checklist
• Preparing montly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and vessel performance

Qualification

• Age Max.35years old
• Candidate must posses at least Diploma Degree or bachelor degree from Maritime Study
• Has experience in related field , minimum 2 years
• Technical knowledge needed, general liquid cargo, vessel knowledge, pre & post-fixture, B/L, marine insurance, cargo calculation
• High achievement orientation, customer service & detail orientation, continuous improvement, good interpersonal relationship.
• Proficiency in English both oral & written and computer literacy (Ms Excel and making a report)
• Able to work under pressure, and/or with tight deadline and urgency conditions
• Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
• Work location is in Samarinda, East Kalimantan
