PT Lestari Banten Energi, one of an IPP ( Independent Power Producer ) Under Genting group of companies, Is looking for qualified candidates For the position of:

Senior Mechanical Turbine Engineer (Maintenance)

The position will be responsible:

• Reporting to Mechanical Maintenance Manager
• To perform in safe and efficient manner all preventive, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of mechanical equipment within Steam Turbines and Balance of Plant.
• To develop and implement short and long term maintenance strategy, spare parts availability, maintenance contracts and plant modification for Steam Turbines and Balance of Plant.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirement

• Have a good technical work experience for supercritical coal fired power plant and able to lead team for the maintenance of Steam Turbine, its auxiliaries Equipment and Balance of Plant (BOP)
• Able to work under pressure and manage mechanical maintenance staff and/or the Contractors for day to day maintenance as well as during plant outage
• Familiar and and have strong understanding in Safety Procedures, SAP CMMS and root cause failure analysis
• English language proficiency for both reading and writing

Education

• •  Minimum Engineering (S1) in Mechanical Engineering

Experiences

• •  Minimum 10 (ten) years hands-on and supervisory experience in operation and maintenance of supercriticial coal fired power plant or equivalent especially on Steam Turbine, Water Treatment Plant and associated rotating and static equipment
