Sr. Manager – Transformer Engineering Design

Candidate shall be / have:

• B.E. Electrical with minimum 15 years of experience in Transformer Design manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge in Engineering, Design and Development of Transformers ranging from small size Cast Resin type / oil type to 45MVA, 132KV capacity.
• To lead mechanical and electrical design team.
• To manage physical resources and engineers engaged in current engineering, future developments.
• To direct complex technical analysis and investigations.
• To implement initiatives to cost effective design and provide advice on issues and technical support to other departments.
• To handle and establish Transformer Manufacturing facility.
• To verify purchaser specifications, manufacturing drawings, BOQ’s.
• To provide detailed engineering for any customer contracts.
• To evaluate the vendors and develop new vendors for all transformer items.
• Strong communication skills.
