Senior Project and MRO Sales

Job Description :

• Responsible for Projects and Maintenance Routine Operation business in daily basis activities in Pertamina Gas’ PGN and Transgasindo Indonesia ( TGI )
• Having good experience in handling Projects and MRO sales in units of Pertamina Gas’ PGN and Transgasindo Indonesia ( TGI )
• Having experience in handling EPC or MRO Bidding for Metering Systems’ DCS’ or any other field instrument and control equipments in Pertamina Gas’ PGN and Transgasindo Indonesia ( TGI )
• Having experience in handling third party while handling MRO sales in units of Pertamina Gas’ PGN and Transgasindo Indonesia ( TGI )
• Having high self motivated and high strategical thinking in sales equipment
• Having good relationship in units of Pertamina Gas’ PGN and Transgasindo Indonesia ( TGI ) especially with high level persons
• Having good knowledge in field instrument and control equipment technically

Qualification :

Senior Project Pursuit

Job Description :

• Responsible for covering and following up all of EPC Projects in Fertilizer’ Mining and General Industry area’ both Users and Fertilizer’ Mining and General Industry Area EPC Contractors
• Having good experience in handling EPC Project Sales for 3 years in related area
• Having experience in handling and following up Fertilizer’ Mining and General Industry area Integrators and Packagers
• Having experience in handling EPC Bidding for Metering Systems’ DCS’ or any other field instrument and control equipment
• Having high self motivated and high strategical thinking in sales equipment
• Having good knowledge in field instrument and control equipment technically

Job Description :

• Melakukan penjualan produk maupun jasa terkait produk DeltaV / CSI kepada customer baru
• Memberikan informasi dan presentasi mengenai produk baru dan layanan DeltaV/CSI kepada customer
• Menumbuhkan kebutuhan customer akan produk maupun jasa terkait produk DeltaV/CSI
• Melakukan presentasi produk
• Melakukan project pursue dan memastikan customer mengerti value dari product kita
• Menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan principal’ customer’ dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses penjualan
• Membuat laporan aktivitas penjualan mingguan’ bulanan dan project funnel

Qualification :

• Pendidikan S1 Teknik Fisika’ Elektro atau Mesin

Project Product Sales

Job Description :

• Achieve sales and revenue targets through developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at assigned EPCs to ensure awareness of all potential projects in the pipeline
• Actively engage across internal sales organisation to ensure project coverage with end users and key decision makers
• Utilise strong account planning skills’ establishment of relationships and serving as the technical expert to key stakeholders at EPCs
• Deliver technical presentations to end users or EPCs that highlight the value of Emerson (Isolation ShutOff Valve) products
• Understand customer needs to uncover and add opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions
• Strategically manage the specification and bidding process for projects to ensure that both Pentair and our capable channel partners are well positioned to win the opportunity

Qualification :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience in the valve industry as plus point’ Flow Control and/or Instrumentation Industry
• Degree in Electrical’ Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering basis
• Matured consistently and independent as personal’ and having ability to work in a fast pace environment’ multi-task and a strong team player
• Have a strong sense of urgency’ good follow-up and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal’ honest’ persistance personality and communication skills with a good sense of judgement
• An effective communicator who is able to take the iniciative to facilitate and foster a collaborative work spirit within the project teamand amongst team members
• Proactive in learning more on the Emerson Isolation valve product portfolio and understanding how to differentiate product offerings competitively
• Shows understanding of market trends and the impacts on customers
• Prior technical sales experience in oil & gas’ petrochemical or related process industries will be highly advantageous
• Technical knowledge of industrial valves preferred. Knowledge of ASME’ ANSI’ API standard will be a plus
• Strong communications and relationship building skills that can successfully translate leads to sales and is able to work collaboratively with internal resources
• Exhibit strong competency in sales process and strategic account planning by regularly achieving business results that accurately mirror or exceed forecast
• Understand customer needs and able to leverage on both Isolation and Valve automation product portfolio and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value to customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenue
• Good level of industry and application knowledge for the EPCs and end-user markets

 

Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Memiliki basic Electrical & Instrument dan Radio Komunikasi / Basic Knowledge Software
• Memberikan solusi atas masalah teknis dan non teknis yang dihadapi customer
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer
• Melakukan presentasi teknis kepada customer
• Berkoordinasi dengan Product Application Engineer untuk menyiapkan penawaran
• Berkomunikasi secara intensif dengan principal secara teknis maupun non teknis

Job Description :

• Having min. 4 years experiences as Project Control/Project Engineer/Project Management in EPC/Engineering Company
• Understand process of project management/project control
• Can operate computer and Ms. Office
• Can operate Ms. Project software is mandatory

Expediter Staff

Job Description :

• Understand of the custom regulations (all of the undang-undang as well as the correspondent regulation)
• Maintaining and be responsible of the custom report and custom administration’ such as shipping documents’ custom documents’ prepare the quarterly custom report’ etc.
• Arrange export/import shipment by contacting and communicating with the freight forwarder company
• Monitoring shipment from factory to end destination
• Maintain custom clearance process to get SPPB as per schedule and be responsible of the import inventory record of the company
• Coordinate with other division to solve the problem related import/export process
• Prefer know logistic or International Commercial Term (INCOTERM) 2010

Qualification :

• Min. D3/S1 General/Transportation
• Having min. 1-2 years with same importer/freight forwarding
• Negotiation skill
• Knowing ISO 9001:2008

QC Inspector

Job Description :

• Bekerja sama dengan bagian warehouse untuk melakukan inspeksi material incoming dan outgoing secara rutin di warehouse secara visual’ fungsi’ dan dokumentasi berdasarkan spesifikasi / drawing
• Menginspeksi dan testing barang mekanikal’ elektrikal’ dan instrumentasi
• Memutuskan status material (diterima’ ditolak’ / direkomendasikan)
• Menerbitkan laporan Non Conformity Report ke pihak terkait
• Melakukan administrasi dokumentasi terkait inspeksi’ sertifikat’ atau document material lainnya
• Melakukan inspeksi material ke vendor
• Memberikan rekomendasi dan analisa perbaikan terhadap material yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi agar tidak berulang

Qualification :

• Min. D3 Elektro/Mesin/Instrumentasi
• Min. 1-2 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Mengerti penggunaan alat ukur jangka sorong’ micrometer’ multimeter’ dsb.
• Mengerti inspeksi barang mekanikal dan instrumentasi
• Mampu membaca gambar berkaitan dengan dokumen teknik
• Mengerti kode/standar seperti NEMA’ NEC’ PUIL’ ASME’ dsb.
• Mandiri’ teliti’ komunikatif’ detail’ tidak cepat bosan

Job Description :

1. Create procurement planning schedule consider specification’ price and lead time.
2. Looking for the best vendor’ supplier and sub contractor to meet request from user.
3. Review quotation and evaluate such as technically and pricing.
4. Negotiation to vendor to get the best price and lead time.
5. Coordinate with other division to solve the problem related to procurement.
6. Report procurement activities in weekly.
7. Prefer to have knowledge in electrical’ instrumentation’ and mechanical.
8. Prefer to have knowledge in logistic or international commercial team (INCOTERM) 2010.

Qualification :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia’ English
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Required Skill(s): Good negotiation Skill’ Honest’ Good comunication skill in english or bahasa’ ISO 9001: 2008
