Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: Jakarta

Main responsibilities :

• Create contract lifetime maintenance plan
• Update annual and detailed maintenance plans for the assigned contracts and prepare input for annual financial maintenance planning.
• Proactively seek for performance improvement possibilities and ensure operational and technical improvements are proposed. Create the salesopportunities in CRM, or if part of contract, in maintenance management tool.
• Act timely that the availability required spare parts, exchange parts, field service resources and required maintenance tools for maintenance tasks are at installation as per maintenance plan.
• Monitor site spare part inventory if applicable
• Monitor that the maintenance tasks are executed within the targeted time, and the Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Guidelines are followed as well as Customer Site Procedures.
• Communication and reporting with Contract Managers and customers in the area of maintenance management

Job Specification :

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field required.
• 7 years of progressively in a similar industry.

 

Quality & Safety Management Expert

Location: Jakarta

Job Description :

• Plan and implement Internal and Intra audits for contract installations & follow-up according to action plan.
• Compile the findings and follow up for completion of actions.
• Plan and implement external audits related to ISO & OHSAS for compliance with rules and regulations.
• Monitor, analyse, report and propose possible improvement solutions installation performance experience and customer feedback (CEM) in order to continually improve operation of the installation.
• Support stake holders in implementation of Contract Processes and implementation of management tools. Monitor and support in action plan creation for employee satisfaction according to survey results
• Plan, implement and monitor Quality and Safety initiatives
• Act as a trainer in own expertise area. Train contract manager and plant employees on Contract Process, ISO, OHSAS & other quality tools

Job Specification :

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field required.
• 9 years of progressively in a similar industry.
