QA/QC ENGINEER (SOIL & CONCRETE)
(Assignment: Lampunut Site, Kalimantan Tengah)
Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPM department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
- Minimum 3 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation, especially in SOIL& CONCRETE

Responsibilities:
- Execute guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective

RISK MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Support the Corporate Commercial and Risk manager for all aspects of the risk management program.
Responsibilities include facilitating the identification and implementation of risks management and loss prevention throughout Petrosea, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in related field
- Have min. 5 years experiences in or knowledge of the Oil & Gas and/or Engineering and Construction industry and/or Mining industry is an advantage
- Preferably having knowledge of the Engineering and construction industry and the mining industry
- Knowledge of Risk Management framework and ERM process & activities
- Hold certification in the Risk Management area

Responsibilities:

Review, monitor, and control the implementation of contract’s scope of work and technical specifications (PRE-CONTRACT AWARD), preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimise any exposure to risk for company (POST-CONTRACT AWARD).
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse all contracts/agreement giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company’s Contracting Principles
- Assist Project Control Superintendent in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximize contract position
- Resolve contractual issues with Client/Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support
- Analyse and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement

SENIOR RELIABILITY ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)
Conduct investigation and provide analysis of reliability problems, and propose recommendation/ alternatives to determine the required maintenance strategy approach for particular situations with consideration given to effective and optimum cost in within acceptable target of equipment availability, maintainability and reliability; and ensuring it is complied with customer demands and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineer most preferred
- Having minimum 5 years experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy
- Excellent knowledge and technical of Heavy/Mobile Equipment & Maintenance operation
- Strong knowledge and experience of Reliability and Maintainability Methodology & Analysis as well as by using kind of tools analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering or D3/D4 Mechanical

(Assignment: Site Based, Kalimantan)
To provide multivariate data analysis using standard and defined CI methodologies; Provide Control over the preparation, execution and establish timely comprehensive project reports related to all Improvement Initiatives within Asset Management Group.
Requirement:
- Min. D3 degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with 1 year experiences in Mobile and Plant Maintenance in Mining Industry and/or completing Petrosea GDP Program
- Has exposure in CI tools for Best Practice Management (6sigma, RCM, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
- Has knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management
- Has experience in Equipment Health and Machine Application tools (SOS, TPMS, VIMS, ET, FPO, VHMS, INSITE, MIC, etc.)
- Has experience in analysing multivariate technical data resources and generating technical reports

COMMERCIAL SUPERINTENDENT MINING
(Assignment: Tabang Site, Kalimantan)
Provide commercial/contracts management expertise to Management and clients; to review, analyze and administer various contract document, including the definition/s of scope of work, identification of both parties’ responsibilities, and interpretation of relevant contract conditions; to ensure that the project requirements are adequately delivered to the Client and Company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties and in order to enhance Company’s effectiveness and efficiencies in term of minimizing such risk in commercial/contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimal Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Min. 5 years experiences in sub contract / commercial
- Requires travel to Project Locations as required
- Client and Vendor/suppliers/subcontractor meetings and visits (if needed)

Responsibilities:
- Review the pricing proposal prepared by BD Officer and Contract Engineer and giving input to General Manager regarding the contract composition and any qualification required
- Review and to ensure the risk assessment for new project are prepared and maintain until the completion of the contract period
- Review draft agreements prepared by Contract Engineer and to advise any modification needed to be compliance with PTRO contracting principle. And to ensure that agreed Scope Of Work is clearly defined and included in the draft
- Ensure contract implementation are monitored and controlled, that the Client and Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties – if any
- Review and or prepare formal letters/ recommendation / resolution for regular commercial and contractual issues involving the clients and to attend to meetings with contractual nature and uphold the project’s objectives at all times
- Ensure all variations and claims are properly managed and monitored until final settlement
- Ensure contract filing systems are maintain, both in hard copy and electronic copy in order to ensure all contract document are well managed and administered in accordance with Petrosea procedures
- Ensure validity of each contract is monitored; include the 90days prior expiry notification and the action taken
- Collaboration with corporate legal, to develop standard set of term and condition for each contract type, in dual language

To provide expertise in the areas of Maintenance Strategies and Implementation across Asset Management, including but not limited to Equipment KPI review and Best Practice initiatives; To provide expertise in Eqp Selection & Modification works with Asset Engineering and related OEM; Actively participate in official forums both internally and externally involving CI and Best Practice Initiatives to contribute in development of CI culture within Asset Management Group.
Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or foreman/supervisor with min 5 years experiences

ASSET ENGINEER

To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) e.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc., which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (min. 5 yrs)
- Min. 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management / Maintenance especially few years on-site
- Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)
- Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written

DISPATCH IT

Perform routine maintenance, hardware installation, and network monitoring to make FMS system running well.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor degree in Information Technology, bachelor degree are preferable
- Min 4 (four) years previous experience in Electrical/Instrumental process engineering prefer for Fleet Management System
- Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology

DRILL & BLAST MANAGER
(Assignment: Head Office)
Direct and lead drill & blast operation activities to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occurs accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with Company’s Policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
- Minimum 10 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting
- Min of 5 years supervisory experience in mining production and drill and blast engineering
- Hold POP Competency
- Must have a strong understanding of open cut mining equipment and mining techniques
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal
- Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
- Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling
- Rotation to each site conducting drilling & blasting

Responsibilities:
- Direct and control management and supervision of Drill and Blast contractor crew, including managing performance and behaviour in the workplace with a strong focus on safety improvement and quality assurance

- Assist in developing improvements to the drilling and blasting methods

EARTHWORK FOREMAN
(Assignment: Site Based, Central Kalimantan)
Perform all earthwork activities for maintenance and new works all areas in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.
Requirements:
- Min. High School, preferably with Civil Earthwork background.
- Min. 3 years professional experience preferably in EARTHWORKS and ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS.

- Able to communicate verbally in English
- Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
- Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations

Responsibilities:
- Attend Pre shift handover meeting and take a note to prioritizing work base on MSR list.
- Proactively to have a positive feedback & questions during handover shift meeting.
- Daily walk patrol to maintain housekeeping & Safety issues finding.
- Enforce to riggers to consistently checking lifting tools and ensure it is has valid color code, ID, SWL, and proper certification.
- Rejecting any lifting equipments which do not comply with offshore standard requirements.
- Arrange manpower and determine proper equipment for the work purpose.
- Provide JHA and Risk Assessment for non routine operation and conduct PTO for the task being executed when required.
- Ensure all of control stated in the JHA and/or Risk Assessment is implemented and right to stop the job if identified is unsafe.

Develop, deliver, measure and evaluate HSE Technical Training program and its implementation to ensure that personnel’s Health/Safety knowledge & work practices in compliance with PTP HSE policies, Government regulation, and other legal requirements, through involvement of HSE site teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-years experienced trainer in HSE implementation at high risk mining & construction industries.
- Preferably 3 years minimum experienced HSE officer/coordinator in Mining & Construction.

- Bachelor Degree (S1) Mining Engineering with min. 4 years experiences in mining operations
- Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications

Responsibilities:
