1. POSITION TITLE: Coating Engineer

• Batam
• Coating Engineer dedicate to Thermal Spray Coating TSZ/TSA

Qualifications :

• Shall be hold cert thermal spray coating (TSA/TSZ) from manufacture or Certification authorize.
• Has been involve in TSC Project at least 3 years experiences.
• Prefer candidates who hold Coating Inspector cert.
• Understand with drawing / TSC mapping
• Familiar with Metalizing coating
• Starting: Mid of November

 

2. POSITION TITLE: Project Manager – Purwakarta

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive experience in executing medium scale Capex projects for process / chemical industry/ EPC consultants. Considerable knowledge of cost estimation, scheduling for capex projects in chemical process industry. Effective skills in SAP, MS office and MS Projects.

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Head of Project Engineering
• Carryout project management for all assigned Capex Projects, in accordance with Legal, Environmental regulations and the best engineering standards.
• Prepare Project Basis and Develop Project Scope
• Prepare Cost estimate, project budget and project schedule.
• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring.
• Monitoring and Reporting of Progress and Budget.
• Prepare monthly forecasting for time and cost.
• Monitor and control project change management.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Civil, Engineering, SHE and Vendor for successful completion of the project.
• Coordinate with Equipment Suppliers and installation contractors for optimizing Project time and cost.
• Execute the project according to the engineering done.
• Prepare enquiry specifications and provide to purchasing department to get offers from qualified vendors. Carryout review of vendor offers, prepare Technical recommendation and prepare PR/ CR/ Reservation in SAP along with approval of Superior
• Open and Close WO, carryout TECO and Business complete process in SAP.
• Review, Compile and handover the project documentation to Production and Maintenance.
• Develop and implement global standard technical standards for engineering work for equipment and piping.
• Implement all group safety regulations during project execution.

 

3. POSITION TITLE: Civil Engineer – Purwakarta

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Good knowledge for design engineering and cost estimation Able to use software for engineering and cost estimation (SAP,STAD Pro, ETAB)

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Deputy Civil Manager
• Having good awareness related safety design engineering
• Familiar with the design code for chemical plant
• Collecting and documented properly on all civil construction data
• Administering and report regularly on all civil engineering activities
• Provide cost estimation as well as tendering
• Work closely with drafter on drawing civil related.

 

4. POSITION TITLE: Electrical Supervisor – Purwakarta

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

 

Requirement:

• D3 in Electrical engineering technical studies / University
• Work in industrial plants or EPC group for a minimum 5 years of working experience
• Experience in design or installation of Electrical equipment, selection of equipment, preparation of drawings, job scheduling and working with the SAP ERP system

 

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Head of Automation Engineering
• To prepare job plan daily based on schedules
• To organize and accomplish job planning
• To ensure standard procedure and carry out during job execution
• To manage and control contractor in the plant.
• To prepare project job schedule and monitor progress
• Maintain and update the various documents like drawing and manuals
• To ensure appropriate tools, equipment, and facilities are available to carry out the proper job.
• To do administrative work related to staff reporting to him.
• Carry out jobs / tasks being assigned
• To assist the contractor and to ensure the standard procedure during installation.
• To maintain safety and housekeeping in accordance with the company and government regulation.

 

5. POSITION TITLE: Process Engineer – Purwakarta

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

 

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Rich experience in Chemical / continuous process plants in the field of production, project management, process design & engineering.
• Should have experience in Understanding SOPs, problem solving, process calculations, Process flow charts and P&ID development, Heat & Mass balance, Energy conservation, Sizing & selection of equipment, knowledge of data sheets, equipment layouts, knowledge of International and Local Standards etc.
• Good communication skill & possess good English speaking & writing skills.
• Should have good analytical & technical knowledge about the unit operations
• Should have min 5 to 7 years’ experience in practicing above skills

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Head of Department
• To support Department Head & Project team in various process engineering activities.
• To carry out Process Optimization & Improvement of Production processes.
• To develop concept & initiate Modifications and CAPEX vouchers required to maintain the assets of the plant.
• To execute the HAZOP, Continuous improvement related activities in the department.
• To coordinate with various departments during the various stages of engineering from feasibility study to commissioning.
• To support Department head in customizing technical reports related to performance.

 

6. POSITION TITLE: Shift Supervisor – Purwakarta

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

Requirement:

• Special Technical High school
• Boiler Class 1 operator of Depnaker RI
• IATKI Competency Certification of Operation / Own Power Generation
• Experience in steam Boiler operations
• Experience in steam Turbine Operation
• Great supervision skills
• Good communication and leadership skills

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Assistant Manager
• Daily supervision of checking the machines by operators.
• To ensure proper lubricants of machines like grease in the bearings, oil level in the gear box etc.
• Ensure the proper keeping of grease and oil in closed containers to prevent dust / foreign material
• Arrange the critical spares / materials in control room to attend the break down.
• Ensure the house keeping of the plant area and maintain the room as per standard.
• Keep watch and maintain the optimum standard production of steam and power plant.
• Time to time, take round in observation / monitoring the whole Power Plant.
• Coordination with the production department, boiler house, Gen Set etc to maintain the production of Power / Steam.
• Coordination with the Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical Department to attend the break down issues
• Maintain discipline in power Plant for shift employees.
• Use the Safety Devices and motivate the people to use them properly and avoid any dangers.
• Ensure that good Engineering processes are being adopted.
• Good quality of Steam and Power and Energy Conservation
• Arrange and store the raw materials (Coal, Oil & Lime stome) and Chemicals as per safety standard.

 

7. POSITION TITLE: Mechanical Engineer – Purwakarta

 

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

Requirement:

• S1 or D3 Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years of experience for S1 & 5 years of experience for D3 in steam power plant maintenance including accessories.
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Good personality and will good to have (leadership)
• Willing to work hard

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Manager Maintenance
• Carried out the 8th safety live saving rule
• Daily carried out maintenance (PM & Breakdown maintenance)
• Review the problem for recurring issues and trouble shooting
• Improve maintenance facility, ie – tools, skills of mechanic and modification
• Make report and analyze for maintenance KPI
• SAP activity work order and report
• Spare parts controlled in SAP and actual availability in store.
• Connected with other department related with spare parts.
• Make Purchase and / or Contract request as required.

 

8. POSITION TITLE: Head of Electrical Maintenance – Purwakarta

 

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Working on maintenance of MV & LV Electrical installation

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Automation Maintenance
• Develop and implement strategy and plan for maintenance activities and spare parts
• Monitor group performance (SHE, Power Availability, Electrical Machine availability, Maintenance Cost Budget, Improvement Cost Budget, Staff overtime, etc). and initiate corrective / preventive actions for deviations. Also to manage activities related to PLN power supply.
• Provide technical and administrative assistance in collaboration with other departments to achieve company’s target.
• Supervises and guide the team to complete various tasks and jobs as per work procedure / work instructions based on vendor documents and company’s installation standards, technical standards, QMS / SHEMS, Process Safety and Machinery Safety standards and government regulations.
• Maintain and update related documents like drawings, manuals, legal licenses and permits etc.
• Ensures efficient utilization of departmental manpower. Provide effective leadership, incorporating effective communication, motivation and participative management. Establish group and individual targets for departmental employees. Use of SAP for executing work-orders & notifications and spare-part issues.
• Achieve legal compliance for equipment and maintenance skills
• Support, participate ad implement management systems and programs like ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, WCOM etc
• Arranges necessary training for the team and do regular performance appraisal.
• Review and approve various expenditure as per authority.
• Scope of area, routine activity list and KPI target for details.

 

9. POSITION TITLE: Head of Wastewater and Water Treatment – Purwakarta

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

 

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• experience in Water and Wastewater treatment.

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: President Director
• To achieve targeted production with acceptable quality standards and efficient costs
• To coordinate the activities of subordinate staff and to develop a highly motivated and efficient workforce in the department.
• To initiate and implement minor changes, improvements and modernization in the department
• To maintain a high level of discipline among the employees in the department.
• To maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping in the department.
• To manage process maintenance for minimum down time.
• To continuously control and monitor availability and consumption of various raw materials, chemicals, process spare and others utilities and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
• To optimize the utilization of all plant and machinery in the department by implementing proper
• maintenance procedure in cooperation with other services groups

 

10. POSITION TITLE: Power Plant Manager – Purwakarta

• Willing to work in Purwakarta as Point of Hire
• Contract based employment

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in steam boiler planning & maintenance.
• Experience in steam planning maintenance. Supervisor skill.
• Effective communication and leadership skills

Main Tasks:

• Reports to: Senior Manager Energy & Utility
• To assist Sr. Manager Power Plant in planning and maintenance of plant equipment (Coal Fired Boiler, Steam Turbine Generator in achieving the targets, quality and efficiency of steam and power generation & distribution system).
• To control the consumption of spare parts for the equipment.
• To take necessary action & instruct sub ordinate in case any trouble of equipment and machinery.
• To organize and support planner for daily maintenance planning, pick list, purchase/contract request, personnel administration jobs.
• To support planner for controlling inventory, spare part request, prepare ROP/ROQ level.
• To support planner for marking maintenance planning schedule for shutdown, overhauling of plant and equipment.
• To monitor the ongoing development program (SAP, RCM, MEP...) and to ensure the timely progress.
• To practice safety, housekeeping and environmental protection in accordance with the company regulations.
