HR & GA MANAGER

Job descriptions:

• To oversee all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs practices and processes;
• Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives;
• The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services;
• To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
• To develop and monitor everall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
• General Affair : building control, facility control, operational car, driver, cleaning service, security, etc;

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources or related field;
• Proven of at least 4 years of working experiences as HR GA Manager in Mining industry;
• HR Executive People oriented and results driven;
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR Best Practice;
• Able to build strategy along with leadership skills;
• Willing to travel to remote area;
• Placement in Jakarta;

 

GENERAL SERVICES & SUPPORT

Job qualification :

 

• Male
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as HR Officer or minimum 2 years as General Service.
• Able to organize, supervise, coordinate all general services / affair services i.e. housekeeping, office equipment, transportation, etc Proactive, hardworking, and able to work in a dynamic workplace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer literate
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in General Services/Afffair or equivalent
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta

 

ORGANIZATIONAL & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job qualification :

 

• Male
• Age 22 - 25 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering (Industrial).
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Good integrity Excellent with Ms Office
• Willing to travel
• Placement in Jakarta

 

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Job qualification :

• Minimum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Experience 5 year in the same field (preferably from mining industry as Procurement Contractor)
• Good negotiation skill
• Good integrity
• Excellent with Ms Office
• Willing to travel
• Placement Jakarta

 

ORGANIZATION & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job description :

• Be responsible for the development and implementation of HR Strategy.
• Be responsible for employee succession planning and development.
• Be responsible for all organizational training and development activities including staff, board members, etc.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job qualification :

• Max. 40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years expereince as a HR Manager is required. This must be of a generalist nature, with stand-alone responsibility for HR strategy and policy, training and development, performance management.
• Able to make a significant contribution to the development of policy or strategy.
