PROCUREMENT STAFF
Job Description :
- Create procurement planning schedule consider specification, price and lead time.
- Looking for the best vendor, supplier and sub contractor to meet request from user.
- Review quotation and evaluate such as technically and pricing.
- Negotiation to vendor to get the best price and lead time.
- Coordinate with other division to solve the problem related to procurement.
- Report procurement activities in weekly.
- Prefer to have knowledge in electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical.
- Prefer to have knowledge in logistic or international commercial team (INCOTERM) 2010.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good negotiation Skill, Honest, Good comunication skill in english or bahasa, ISO 9001: 2008
- Preferably Staff (nonmanagement & nonsupervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
EXPEDITER STAFF
Job Description :
- Understand of the custom regulation
- Maintaining and be responsible of the custom report and custom administration (such as shipping documents, custom documents, prepare the quarterly custom report, etc.)
- Arrange export / import shipment by contacting and communicating with the Freight Forwarder Company
- Monitoring shipment from factory to final destination
- Maintain custom clearance process to get SPPB as per schedule and be responsible of the import inventory record of the company
- Coordinate with other division to solve the problem related Import / Export proccess
- Have a knowledge about in Logistic or International Commercial Term (INCOTERM) 2010
Qualifications :
- D3/S1 General / Transportation
- Min. 2 years experiences in the same Importer / Freight Forwarding
- Preferably Staff (nonmanagement & nonsupervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Familiar with import procedures and Incoterm knowledge
- Able to work under pressure
- Good team work
- Honest
SUPERVISOR TAX (ACCOUNTING)
Job Description :
- Verifikasi final ledger
- Verifikasi rekonsil keuangan untuk setiap ledger
- Approval dokumen accounting
- Mempersiapkan laporan keuangan
- Analisa project p/l atau cash flow
- Mempersiapkan laporan perpajakan
Qualifications :
- S1 Accounting (min. GPA 3.5)
- Having 6 years experiences as tax supervisor / accounting supervisor
- Have a good knowledge : PPH, VAT, Import/Export
- Having a good relation for tax & auditor
- Max. 40 years old
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Description :
- Input transaksi jurnal ke system accounting
- Rekonsil account ledger
- Verifikasi awal dokumen finance
- Mempersiapkan kebutuhan untuk jurnal akhir bulan
- Mempersiapkan laporan support detail untuk beberapa crucial account
Qualifications :
- S1 Accounting (Min. GPA 3.5)
- Having 3 years experiences in the related field
- Have a good knowledge in tax, accounting basic journal
- Ready to overtime if needed
- Max. 35 years old
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Job Description :
- Membuat dan menyimpan dokumentasi proyek
- Mengirimkan dokumen ke customer untuk mendapatkan persetujuan
- Mendistribusikan dokumen yang diterima dari customer kepada tim proyek
- Membuat dan menyiapkan MDR proyek sesuai permintaan dari customer
- Mengatur proses authorisasi pada server proyek
- Mengatur proses korespondensi proyek kepada customer
Qualifications :
- Male / female with max. 25 years old
- Min. D3 major in Administration/Management/Industrial Engineering
- Having 2 years experiences in related field
- Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel is a must)
- Communicative, cooperative, and detail
- Understand project administration services
- Work as a team and minimum supervision
- Be able to speak English
- Understand ISO 9001:2008 is advantage
PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER
Job Description :
- Mengontrol dan memonitor status proyek
- Mengontrol dan memonitor milestone progress
- Mengontrol dan memonitor jalannya proyek sesuai phase pekerjaan pada scope of work & supply
- Mengkoordinasikan ke project engineer untuk menentukan master schedule kegiatan setiap bulan
- Mengkoordinasikan ke project engineer untuk pengajuan dana operasional project setiap bulan
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration
- Preferable Male with max 25 years old
- Having 2 experiences in related field
- Understand project management process
- Understand project control process
- Excellent in Ms. Office (can operate Ms. Project software is advantage
- Be able to speak English
- Work as a team and minimum supervision
- Understand ISO 9001:2008
