    4. Knowledge and competency in the use of cleaning materials and chemicals as approved under COSHH regulations
    5. Seafarers Book
    6. OGUK Medical including Food Handlers Entitlement
    7. Seafarers ENG medical
    8. Offshore First Aid Training Course – preferred but not essential

  9. 9. POSITION TITLE: CHEF

    1. Where applicable: City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or equivalent.
    2. A minimum of four (5) years proven work record with written references to show levels of expertise and experience.
