PT. Bina Rekacipta Utama (BiRU) company is provide engineering and project management services related to the development of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. Seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following position:

 

Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

1. Design oil and gas production.
2. Responsible to approve the mechanical system design including sizing, selecting and specifying equipment appropriate for the Facilities. The systems must be designed in accordance with the codes and standards issued by the following organizations;
   1. American Petroleum Institute (API),
   2. American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
   3. Instrument Society of American (lSA),
   4. American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME), and
   5. National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)

Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
2. Experinces :
   1. < 2 years of working experiences (position code : ME1)
   2. 2 – 5 years of working experinces (position code : ME2)
   3. > 5 years of working experinces (position code : ME3)
3. Familiar with :
   1. Engineering standard codes and regulation
   2. Technical software tools and information systems supporting business process
   3. 2D and 3D modelling
   4. Engineering design and document review
4. Have comprehensive knowledge of :
   1. Design and installation on pressure vessels
   2. Design and installation on pump, Design on material handling
   3. Design specification (mechanical related) such as: tanks, turbines, packages, etc
   4. Another mechanical related knowledge
5. Fluent both of written and oral in English and Indonesia

 

Structure Engineer

Job Responsibilities :
Doing all structure analysis related to Offshore structure , as like Static & dynamic Inplace Analysis, Seismic analysis, Fatigue Analysis, Transportation analysis , Lifting analysis , PDA analysis, Collapse analysis, WCR, including its supporting calculation, review structural drawing and develop material take off.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering from reputable university
2. Have related experiences with offshore design, FEED & Detailed Design :
   1. < 2 years of working experiences (position code : SE1)
   2. 2 – 5 years of working experinces (position code : SE2)
   3. > 5 years of working experinces (position code : SE3)
3. Familiar with SACS software, SAP, GRL Weap
4. Familiar with API RP2A, AISC, Noble denton, etc
5. Fluent both of written and oral in English and Indonesia

 

Process & Process Safety Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

1. Design the oil and gas production facilities
2. Responsible for preparing process design including appropriate vessels, valves and piping systems for the facilities and also for leading process safety review including HAZOP/HAZID review, risk assessment, process safety check list, etc

Requirement :

1. Hold a recognized bachelor degree in Chemical engineering from reputable university
2. Have related experinece :
   1. < 2 years of working experiences (position code : PE1)
   2. 2 – 5 years of working experinces (position code : PE2)
   3. > 5 years of working experinces (position code : PE3)
3. Have a comprehensive knowledge and experience in:
   1. Comprehensive knowledge of Relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice normally used in process engineering in the Oil and Gas industry such as API, ANSI, ASME, etc.
   2. Process simulation of physical fluid properties
   3. Detailed knowledge of phase behavior, equations of state, phase envelopes of gas and oil components (C1 – C6 and C7+) H2, C02, H2S, H20, C7+ characterization.
   4. Steady state computer simulation of the process (such as Hysis, Pipesym, Flarenet, others).
   5. Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through sub sea pipeline.
   6. Design of appropriate systems to meet the required throughput
   7. Safety Analysis (HAZID, HAZOP, HAZAN, QRA, FERA, Blowdown, Pressure Relieve, etc)
   8. Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs and process criteria data for following systems:
      1. Oil/Produced Water/Gas separation and dehydration
      2. Gas compression
      3. Sales gas metering
      4. Utilities
      5. Performing process studies (eg. Hydrate, corrosion, blow down, radiation)
   9. The incumbent should also have a working knowledge of the relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice normally used in the Oil and Gas industry.
   10. In addition the incumbent shall have a sound appreciation of:
       1. Piping, vessels fabrication, erection and testing procedures.
       2. Material selection for different process and environmental conditions
       3. Quality assurance and control requirements of the design process.
4. Fluent in Indonesian & English Language (oral & written).

 

Instrument Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

1. Provide instrument analysis using proper software or manual calculation
2. Ensure appropriate instrument design in accordance with basis of design and all relevant codes and spesification (standards and code)
3. Review P&ID and design instrument drawing
4. Provide instrument spesification, instrument calculation, instrument list and schedule, instrument data sheets, instrument MTO/BOM/BOAQ, instrument MR/RFQ, instrument TBE, VDLR review, instrument weight control report, and instrument cost estimation.
5. Interface with other diciplines

Requirement :

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Physic Engineering/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
2. Have related experinece :
   1. < 2 years of working experiences (position code : IE1)
   2. 2 – 5 years of working experinces (position code : IE2)
   3. > 5 years of working experinces (position code : IE3)
3. Able to operate engineering software for discipline (Instrucalc. For multi-instrument device calculation, Thermowell wake frequency calculation, AGA3 orifice calculation, Restriction orifice calculation)
4. Familiar with multi-brand PLC program, DCS program, HMI program, and SCADA/Telemetry system program, and Telecommunication program and F&G mapping calculation
5. Able to work on own initiative and within a team
6. Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high pressure environment, wile handling a large amount of detail as expected in projects with aggresive schedule

 

Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and complete development of related electrical engineering deliverables;
2. Work closely with Client’s user(s) during review sessions of deliverables

1. Requirement :
   1. Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) from reputable University majoring in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering);
2. Have related experinece :
   1. < 2 years of working experiences (position code : EE1)
   2. 2 – 5 years of working experinces (position code : EE2)
   3. > 5 years of working experinces (position code : EE3)
3. Familiar with related and applicable codes and standards;
4. Proficient in ETAP & Microsoft Office software;
5. Proficient in English and computer literate;
6. Effective communication, organizational, coordination and interpersonal Skills;
7. Quick and enthusiastic learner also paying careful attention in detail.
