HRGA Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Recruitment employees and improve the quality of human resource at the site
- Ensure the payroll calculation process and employee recruitment goes well
- Responsible for the policy of managing HR on the site goes well
- Foster good relations with internal and external site in order to create a conducive work environment
- Calculate employee payroll at the site and makes a report to HR Head Office
- Doing the recruitment process on site in accordance with Man Power Planning
- Carry out maintenance activities on all supporting facilities at the site
- Take care accommodation of employee leave on sites
- Doing work related to GA
- Coordinate with HR Manager HO related to existing HRGA issues in the field
Requirement :
- Max. 35 years old
- Min. S1 any field
- Have min. 3 year working of experience as HRGA in EPCI Company or Oil & Gas Contractor
- Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
- Good Communication and negotiation skill
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Will be placed at Project
Project Fabrication Manager
Minimum Requirement :
- Max. age 45 years old
- Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
- Have min. 15 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
- Have working knowledge of codes & standards such as ASME, DOT, API, OSHA, and AWS inspection procedures.
- Expert in MS Project for project scheduling
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem solving, and project management skill.
- Willing to be located in Site Area (Batam)
PPC (Production Planning Control)
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile project plan and monitor the project.
- Managing and facilitating project plans / schedules, daily meetings, retrospectives and arranging meeting schedules.
- Controlling project costs, quality, and schedule.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager in relation to updating project progress and project plans.
Requirement:
- Max. age 45 years old
- Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
- Have min.5 - 6 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
- Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
- Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
- Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
- Willing to be located at Project
Project Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing project resources such as: Budget, HR, Equipment and Project equipment.
- Managing project costs, quality and schedule, and ensure there are no work accidents in the project.
- Reviews and make project progress reports, so that they are in accordance with the specified time limit, and inform the project progress to customers
- Responsible for all commercial and technical aspects related to contracts and amendments when the project starts until completion.
Requirement :
- Male, max 52 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent
- Having min 15 year experience in Onshore project in Oil and Gas Industry; min. 5 year experience working as Project Manager (preferable experience in pulp and paper fabric)
- Able to leading teams and project successfully
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Experience negotiating, managing, and implementing EPC Contracts
- Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin (will be high advantage)
Project Control Corporate
Job Responsibilities :
- Controlling and supervise subordinates (Cost Control, Document Control and Project Control)
- Responsible for planning and controlling both in terms of human resources, budget, schedule and equipment.
- Providing input related to work targets, work time, human resources needs, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Fabrication Shop Manager regarding contract issues, the cost of each project to be executed.
- Makes project planning, daily meetings, project reviews, retrospectives
Requirement :
- Max. age 45 years old
- Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
- Have min. 10 years of working experience in Civil/ Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication.
- Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project & Primavera
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
Procurement
Job Responsibilities :
- Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance
- Receiving, Register PR
- Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well
- Learning and clarifying as needed with the User
- Understand electrical and instrument, subcontract services.
- Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcont those that are in accordance with the request
- Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request
Requirement :
- Max 40 years
- S1 Engineering
- Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI, Fabrication Company
- Have good negotiation and communication skills
- Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
- Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend
- Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.
- Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)
- Computer literate
HRGA Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and control the implementation of the HR function and ensure that everything works according to policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared or set.
- Manage all HR activities (Manpower planning/People development/Compensation & benefits etc)
- Reviewing the Annual Performance Appraisal
- Developing a system to help enforce Company Regulations and other policies
- Ensuring employees understand all company regulations and comply with them
- Controlling the amount and quality of human resources needed through the recruitment process
- Coordinate with HRGA in the project related to the existing problems and their solutions
- Understand related to employee regulations, BPJS Health, BPJS Employment and PPh 21
Requirement :
- Max. 45 years
- Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable from in Law/ Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 10 years of working experiences as HR and GA Manager (preferable from EPCI Company).
- Have excellent skills in People Development, C&B, Labor Law, human resources strategic planning, Industrial Relation, Interpersonal Skill
- Good communication in English and Mandarin (verbal & written) (will be preferable)
- Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, power point)
QMR Document Controller
Minimum Requirement:
- Max. 27 years old
- Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable from in Industrial Engineering/Management or equivalent)
- Min. 1 years in the same position preferably who have document control experience in ISO 9001.
- Preferably understanding ISO 9001 and Performance Management Systems
- Expert in Ms. Office (Word / Excel / Power Point / Visio)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
