POSITION TITLE : PROPOSAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as Proposal Engineer
• Past experience of similar nature in oil & gas Contracting Organization in EPCI and T&I business
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Description:

• Attend the Pre-Bid Meeting with Client
• Analyze the client’s administration requirement as stated in their Bid Documents
• Liaise with multi disciplines team for preparing the proposal
• Raise clarification for any unclear information from Clien. Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
• Prepare / Review the preparation of the construction schedule, providing man-hours and equipment requirement for each activity and also ensure correctness to capture anticipated durations and manning.
• Assist management in the identification, evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company.
• Ensures the Estimate Basis is “Current Costs” and escalation is properly covered. Wherever possible a good value of estimate contingencies to be captured.
• Ensure that Clients pricing and technical tender schedules are complete and accurate.
• Compile the final proposal for submission
• Attend the Submission Meeting with Client
• Handle the meeting for proposal clarification with Client (if any)
• Join the price negotiation meeting between management and Client
• Liaise with Legal and Finance to finalize the contract prior to project award
• Handle proposal handover once project award to operation team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum 7 years working experience in SHE Training Program, Implementation, Evaluation and Delivery as well
• Basic knowledge related to SHE management system and its related standard and/or regulation (OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO14001:2015 SHE Management System)
• Qualified as Trainer
• Having strong leadership and willingness to work at remote site for a fast track project schedule with 12-4 rotation

 

POSITION TITLE: Corporate Finance Manager

Oversees the running of the day-to-day finance operations of Company.

Job Description:

• Financial reporting

• Lead on several corporate actions that is now undergoing in the company, as in, mergers and acquisition, strategic restructuring (with the Group), and possibly an IPO.

Requirements:

• 20+ years in Finance Department
• 5+ years as Finance Manager
• Expert to deal with external (and internal) parties related to corporate finance matters.
• Strong background in running an Finance and Accounting operation, but also has the exposure to, or will be able to, deal with corporate finance matters such as financial modelling, financial projections, due diligence process, dealing with financial consultants, lawyers, and Indonesian financial authorities.

• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team of around 50 personnel with multi-discipline (electrical, control, civil and mechanical)

POSITION TITLE: REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Requirements

 

• Bachelor Degree/Master
• 7+ years of experience in the same position
• Responsible to organize, coordinate and control the execution of the works relevant to its own discipline performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring. Overseeing the availability of the construction materials and equipment and assuring that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule.
• He will coordinate & control the construction works including the planning, coordination, supervision and execution to accomplish the project objectives of safety and quality efficiently and timely.

The following are the primary role and responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Responsible and accountable for construction work in relevant to its own discipline.
• To coordinate & control utilization of Construction Equipment and Resources.
• Ensure smooth and safe execution of Installation Work Packages
• Shall have at least a degree in an engineering related discipline, with minimum ten (10) years in relevant onshore construction in petrochemical, oil and gas development.
• Familiar with safety management technique and method of reporting, such as Safety Training Observation Program.
• Having strong leadership and willingness to work at remote site for a fast track project schedule with 12-4 rotation
