PURCHASER

Job Description

• Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price and delivery
• Ensuring all received requisitions are process to be purchase and converted to PO
• Ensuring all PO issuance are dosed by determining that all materials, received in good conditions and as per requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors on pricing; specifying qualities, quantities and deliver schedules to serves as per users need.
• Monitor stock levels and verify purchase requisition
• Maintain professional relationships with all key suppliers

Requirement

• Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2 yews. experience in a purchasing role perforate: from Marine Shipping industry or supply chain management)
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion this
• Good analytical and mathematical capabilities in order to compare prices and quantities s and consider vendor contract terms.
• Ability to evaluate market conditions and various suppliers
• Able to work within a cross cultural: cross functional and dynamic environment.
• Has good understanding about payable matters
• The work location is in Samarinda
