SYSTEM ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Develop engineering design to provide proper vibration systems for specific equipment
• Execute vibration system FAT, SAT and site commissioning activities
• Perform maintenance service and troubleshoot issue due to vibration system, also handle on call service for install based system
• Testing, maintaining, and modifying new / existing system configuration
• Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports or prepare technical query and recommendation
• Provide user training for customer
• Working collaboratively
• Do site survey as part of new project pursuit and proposal support
• Responsible to adherence to division operation SOP, company HSE program, & ISO 9001:2008

Qualifications:

• Engineering in electrical/Control and instrumentation/Automation system
• Min. 2 years experiences in PLC/DCS/Field Instrumentation/Vibration Monitoring System
• Configuration / commissioning experience will be considered as additional advantage
• Have a knowledge with field instrumentation, HART, Modbus, and Fieldbus Communication
• Have a knowledge in condition Monitoring / Partial Discharge & MCSA as additional advantage
• Have a knowledge in visual basic script
• Must be physically fit and able to work safely at a project site
• Excellent in English

 

PROCUREMENT STAFF

Job Description:

1. Create procurement planning schedule consider specification, price and lead time.
2. Looking for the best vendor, supplier and sub-contractor to meet request from user.
3. Review quotation and evaluate such as technically and pricing.
4. Negotiation to vendor to get the best price and lead time.
5. Coordinate with other division to solve the problem related to procurement.
6. Report procurement activities in weekly.
7. Prefer to have knowledge in electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical.
8. Prefer to have knowledge in logistic or international commercial team (INCOTERM) 2010.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good negotiation Skill, Honest, Good communication skill in English or Bahasa, ISO 9001: 2008
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

 

EXPEDITER STAFF

Job Description:

• Understand of the custom regulation
• Maintaining and be responsible of the custom report and custom administration (such as shipping documents, custom documents, prepare the quarterly custom report, etc.)
• Arrange export / import shipment by contacting and communicating with the Freight Forwarder Company
• Monitoring shipment from factory to final destination
• Maintain custom clearance process to get SPPB as per schedule and be responsible of the import inventory record of the company
• Coordinate with other division to solve the problem related Import / Export process
• Have a knowledge about in Logistic or International Commercial Term (INCOTERM) 2010

Qualification:

• D3/S1 General / Transportation
• Min. 2 years experiences in the same Importer / Freight Forwarding
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Familiar with import procedures and Incoterm knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team work
• Honest

 

SALES ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): negotiation, social, English
• Having minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Having experience in power industry or would be preferred
• Willing to travel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, self-driven and pro-active
• Having good initiative and problem solver
• Ability to work in flexible environment
• Have an experience in BUMN

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Engineer to perform technical support and services for field instrument/metering system/automation system/measurement & sensing instrument/ATG/analytical instrument.
• Willing to travel for working on site in another city/island.
• Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, calibration, installation, site survey, investigation and repair field instruments
• Support project team in engineering and document
• Support internal team improvement
• Ability to proficiently communicate technical issues clearly to customer both oral & written
• Communicate in professional manner to customers, providing service information, technical data and general support as required
• Have an initiative to consult with the principal for technical issues both in written and oral
• work with the division on customer’s complaint and derive solutions to solve issues that costumers are facing

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Physics, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Willingness to improve technical skill
• willingness to travel frequently or urgently to customer sites

 

APPLICATION ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Review inquiry and all requirements from customer (internal/external)
• Prepare/Generate QTN according to customer speculation
• Responsible for IQ

Qualifications:

• Max. 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Physics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or those who have 1-year experience as Application Engineer.
• Have a basic knowledge about Instrumentation (basic physics)
• Able to communicate in English
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.

 

SUPERVISOR TAX (ACCOUNTING)

Job Description:

• Verifikasi final ledger
• Verifikasi rekonsil keuangan untuk setiap ledger
• Approval dokumen accounting
• Mempersiapkan laporan keuangan
• Analisa project p/l atau cash flow
• Mempersiapkan laporan perpajakan

Qualifications:

• S1 Accounting (min. GPA 3.5)
• Having 6 years experiences as tax supervisor / accounting supervisor
• Have a good knowledge: PPH, VAT, Import/Export
• Having a good relation for tax & auditor
• Max. 40 years old

 

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Description:

• Input transaksi jurnal ke system accounting
• Rekonsil account ledger
• Verifikasi awal dokumen finance
• Mempersiapkan kebutuhan untuk jurnal akhir bulan
• Mempersiapkan laporan support detail untuk beberapa crucial account

Qualifications:

• S1 Accounting (Min. GPA 3.5)
• Having 3 years experiences in the related field
• Have a good knowledge in tax, accounting basic journal
• Ready to overtime if needed
• Max. 35 years old
