We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our projects PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia with the following details:
Land Representative
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Work both in field and office on the preliminary survey data
- Engage land owners for survey and inventory (“S&I”) access permit
- Initiate permit to work (PTW) approval, supervise S&I field work, verify S&I data, review S&I documents and drawing
- Accompany land specialist or analyst in negotiation process and other related work in supporting CPI to obtain land access.
- Requirement
- Minimum S1 from all major with 2 years experiences
- Experience in land /PGPA/Security related activities or other communication or negotiation related area
- Teamwork & Communication: works effectively with teammates to reach team’s objectives. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be placed in Rumbai, Duri or Minas (Riau)
- Preferable from local Riau
Data Management
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain, manage, control and ensure accuracy of Land HIS (LHIS) settlement documents (both soft and hard copy documents).
- Ensure & support the team to prepare all listed required documents and properly managed the document according to Business Process Procedure (BPP).
- Ensure all documents are completely documented in hardcopy’s package/binder & stored in share point/database folder.
- Ensure the teams follow defined internal document review and approval processes.
- Manage the document ‘traffic’ (incoming and outgoing) in accordance with BPP.
- Responsible as document controller including storage, recording, cataloging and retrieval of all LHIS documents.
- Manage & ensure the completeness & accuracy of all official LHIS settlement documents prior approval process.
- Ensure the approval process and obtain the approval for LHIS’s RFP purpose.
- Conduct collaborative work with finance to ensure document completeness to ensure payment can be made in timely manner.
- Requirement
- Minimum S1 from all major with 2 years’ experience

GIS Engineer
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Provide GIS services for LHIS Team business needs.
- Update spatial and textual land database (focus on LHIS areas).
- Design and conduct table top to verify CPI perimeter based on document.
- Design polygon control to support survey.
- Conduct QA/QC during process and final survey result, aerial photo and benchmarking or boundary installation.
- Conducting overlaying data for delineation, AFL, CPI perimeter, and LHIS settlement area
- Requirement
- Minimim S1 from geodesy/ geography / geology
- Minimum 2-year experience in GIS application, surface mapping and aerial photo
- Teamwork & Communication: works effectively with teammates to reach team’s objectives. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be placed in Rumbai, Duri or Minas (Riau)

Data Management Engineer
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain database for entire Data Management alignment proses from VNV – Delineation – Land Settlement – GWM both excel, and RESORT improvement proses
- Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure database alignment.
- Support the assigned LHIS’s analyst or specialist for updating the data and document in RESORT for being stored in EDMS.
- Process Access Control for users (as the User Site Administrator)
- Requirement
- Minimum S1 from any engineering major with 2 years’ experience
- Preferred expert in Microsoft excel (macro) and information technology application
- Teamwork & Communication: works effectively with teammates to reach team’s objectives. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Land Strategic Specialist
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Develop strategic planning and lead the execution related to specific land issue in supporting SMO remediation program
- Lead the interface communication within cross functional team in the company
- Lead land issue communication with GOI (SKKMigas, KLHK, etc) including budgeting
- Responsible in making recommendation or provide consultation on land specific issue
- Responsible for developing communication package for GOI and high level CPI management
- Requirement
- Minimal engineering degree or other advance education pertaining to the required expertise from a well-recognized and accredited university
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in strategic planning or leadership/management position
- Expert in strategic planning
- Strong analytical thinking in solving specific issue
- Capable in developing business process procedures or SOP
- Demonstrate ability to clearly express ideas, thoughts and concepts verbally and/or in writing, meetings, and presentations, as appropriate to the position and tasks at hand, effective listener and encourage open sharing ideas.
- Possess good interpersonal communication skill

IT Professional Support
IT Professional Support – Planner
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Involve in gathering data of IBU IT Planning and Budget during business plan and WP&B process.
- Assist in planning and preparation of business process or programs for IT financial related.
- Review data and information of IT projects value and contract performance.
- Control more than 100+ IT related contract actual spending in ARIBA about $30MM per year
- Control all IT Corporate charges from ETC/ITC spending in ARIBA about $20 MM per year
- Facilitate engagement to stakeholders (finance, vendor, and IT users) for IT financial process due to control actual spending from local contact and corporate charges.
- Execute and monitor IBU IT financial performances
- Prepare IBU IT Financial Performance for each OPG
- Involve and Support IT contract and sourcing management.
- Involve and Support IT Performance Management.
- Requirement
- At least has bachelor degree (S1) from any university
- Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Software application skills such as MSOffice (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- English proficient
- Good knowledge in specific required area
- Customer service oriented
- Having certification of PTK007 is a plus
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
IT Professional Support Contracting & ALCM
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Main contact of IT to any process related with IT contracting and sourcing
- Responsible to ensure alignment of IT procurement and contracting process with IT strategy and direction, and comply with all applicable regulation
- Represent IT as procurement committee member (user function), refer to procurement BPP
- Manage and coordinate contracting plan process including Annual and Off Cycle Contracting Plan
- Responsible to Review, Validate and Manage all required procurement paperwork
- Forecast of IT system, resource and service utilization, and the performance:
- Develop assumptions and data on which the forecast is based
- Develop forecasts for short, medium, and long term for service utilization and performance
- Identify other potential impacts on resource and service capacity and performance:
- Impact of (changes to) agreed availability, continuity, and other service level target
- Impact of regulatory, contractual or organizational changes

- Requirement
- At least has bachelor degree (S1) from any university
- Has good project management skill to lead IT projects, preferably in oil and gas industry
- Has well verse experience in Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services; Collaborative Workspace, Document Workspace, Meeting Workspace, Search Center, Wiki Service, Blog service, Personal Site (my site), Content Types, Versioning and Retention
- Has general knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010 and other Microsoft applications
- Ability to communicate in oral and written English
- Easily work along with other team member with minimum supervision

IT Professional Support – IRM
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Assists and support Information Risk Manager with the development and execution of Corporate IRM strategic program
- Facilitate the application of Company Information Protections and Data Privacy policies & standards
- Performs detailed application risk analysis to facilitate comprehensive risk assessment; including work paper and metrics for tracking towards issue remediation and tracking to ensure effective controls are in place to remediate risk
- Supports advanced data manipulation tasks including pulling/aggregating data from multiple sources and performs analysis, trending and reporting on Information Risk Management metrics
- Demonstrates working knowledge of information, cyber, security, and technology risk concepts and ability to interpret and drive the enforcement of Company Information risk policies and standards, and regulatory requirements
- Requirement
- Previous experience in information security – 3 years, and/or
- Previous risk and/or audit experience – 3 years

IT Professional Support – CS
- Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Act as Company Representative related to operational IT, including but not limited to:
- Coordinator for IT Field Supports that deliver service and support for trouble shooting, operation and maintenance, analysis and technical support for following area:
- Computer system: desktop, notebook, plotter, iPhone, iPad, IP Telephony, Linux/Unix Technical Desktop and other devices
- Telecommunication equipment: cable data, fiber optic, and its supporting facilities, transmission radio, FO transmission, data network devices, telephone cable and voice gateway, and other IT asset,
- Provide support on planning, executing and evaluating tasks in IT project
- Coordinate and monitor 3rd party related to project execution
- First Point of IT Contact related to user request (technical drawing/BOQ submitted by 3rd party must be discussed with SME/leader)
- Provide weekly and monthly report
- Develop and review SOP, JSA, GPTW, Special Work permit. Can be granted as Permit Approver, Area Controller, SW Verifier or other functions related to MSW and SYLA SWC.

- Requirement
- At least has D3 degree (Teknik Elektronika, Teknik Telekomunikasi, Teknik Komputer) with 3 years’ experience
- Has good knowledge in data network, telecommunication system and computer
- Has general knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010 and other Microsoft applications
- Ability to communicate in oral and written English
- Has basic knowledge in safety, and has awareness in compliance and risk management.
- Easily work along with other team member with minimum supervision
