POSITION TITLE: Business Development Engineer

 

• Work location: Jakarta
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development in EPC / oil & gas industry
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent

POSITION TITLE: Proposal Engineer

 

• Work location: Jakarta
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development in EPC / oil & gas industry
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Familiar with Ms Office.

POSITION TITLE: Corporate Materials Control Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the corporate and projects materials management systems, processes, tools, software, policies and culture.
• Establish, manage and develop the management management functional, project and corporate competencies.
• Ensure proper and suitable performance of materials management activities during proposal preparation and project execution.
• Implement materials management methodologies and techniques in proposal preparation and project execution utilizing “best in class” processes, tools, procedures and practices.
• Prepare and issue regular overview reports for management on corporate and projects activities.
• Interface with project team members to discuss materials management issues and status.
• Review updated project materials reports prepared by project teams and recommend mitigation for major risk items.
• Undertake continuous improvement and lessons learned reporting in respect to materials management of projects and corporate functions.

Qualifications:

• University degree in engineering, mathematics or science subject (or equivalent)(suitable experience in lieu of university degree may be considered)
• Secondary qualification in project or procurement management would be considered favorably
• Membership of appropriate institution would be considered favorably
• Skill :
  • - Can demonstrate strong knowledge of procurement and materials management systems, process tools and software, specifically SPMAT
  • - Can build and maintain personal relations and engage with others to foster good collaboration, commitment and, ultimately, performance.
  • - Can communicate efficiently and effectively in a variety of situations, to different audiences and across different cultures.
  • - Can effectively handle uncertainty, problems, changes, limitations and stressful situations
  • - Can demonstrate superior planning and organizational skills
  • - Can select the right team members, promote a team orientation and effectively develop, support and manage multi-cultural teams.
  • - Able to cope with multi-tasking and demanding schedules.
  • - Have high commitment to provide safety, and healthy environment
  • - Focus on continuous improvement
  • - Can demonstrate knowledge of and proficiency in the use of the latest or industry-standard materials management software

Experience:

• At least fifteen (15) years’ experience of large EPC capital projects in the energy, resource or similar construction industries.
• At least ten (10) years of materials management execution experience on EPC projects.
• Involvement in at least 3 EPC projects as materials manager.
• Experience on client/owner teams in materials management role is considered advantageous.
• Experience as corporate materials/procurement manager is considered highly advantageous.
