We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our Chevron projects following details:
Technical Support
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Compile and manage daily project data for each respective team.
- Assist Engineer/contract owner in project/contract execution including facilitating daily and weeklycoordination meeting with contractors in terms of dadat and QC analysis.
- Provide daily monitor for contractor scope of work and work and feed the update to engineers.
B. Requirement
- Willing to be placed in Rumbai / Minas - Riau
- Minimum education requirement:
- D3 in relevant major with required job, with 9 years' experience.
- S1 with 2 years' experience."
- Solid software application skills such as MSOffice (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Excel Formula (e.g. Vlookup, Pivot).
- Teamwork & Communication: works effectively with teammates to reach team's objectives. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Project Admin Support
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Manage daily work data management
- Assist Facility Representative in facilitating daily and weekly coordination meeting to update work progress
- Assist Facility reps in interfacing with engineering and PT to complete work request and data sharing
- Track facility representative daily field work schedule and develop report from field data acquisition

Contract Administration Support (contract performance)
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Support contract owner for major ENV umbrella contracts including Engineering Construction Management (ECM) contract, Construction Services (CSs) contracts, and others in contract post award / execution include but not limited to:
- Executing work orders and contract utilization plan
- Compliance to contract, regulation and HES
- Manage change, conflict resolution and performance appraisal
- Liaison of Contract Owner
- Contract Advisor
- Work in team with Contract Administrator for contract delivery to contract owner.
B. Requirement
- Willing to be placed in Rumbai - Riau
- Bachelor degree.
- Strong communication skills to all levels including external stakeholders.
- Experience in management of large contract and have deep understanding on SKK Migas PTK 007 for tender process.
- Proven understanding and familiarity on engineering, construction, quality, funding, cost and schedule aspects.
Project Logistics Support
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Develop and ensure a prioritized integrated scheduling, job site readiness and Journey management for HIS transportation vehicles.
- Develop and track performance metrics for the HIS Logistics Support Center aligned with HIS project goals and operations.
- Responsible for managing the Integrated Planning and Scheduling (RESORT), coordination with other systems such as i-Journey tools.
- Influence Stakeholders for adoption and/or deployment of new Technologies and processes.
- Coordinate the information exchange and interface between key customer groups for demand planning and verification and ensure accuracy of planning demand data to enable effective management of project material and contractors.
B. Requirement

- Experience in planning and scheduling.
RPLT & SSPLT Support Specialist
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Supporting SSPLT factory process. Reviews all data in system and supports the decision makers with information needed to make the decision on whether a site is ready for SSPLT.
- Prepare KLHK field verification proposals under direction from CPI.
- KLHK Field Verification Support: Provide additional soil sample collection resource, Validate / analyze lab report data, Prepare summary of lab results and report for submittal to KLHK.
- Monitor necessary re-clean up process.
- Action Item close out monitoring: Coordinate response and close out of all action items related to KLHK field visits.
- SSPLT report writing. Interface management with other parts of the factory that are supplying the data for the SSPLT team.
- Manifest support. Responsible for interaction / coordination with construction and other fields teams to complete identified tasks.
- Assist SSPLT team for coordinating the collection and organization of all soft and hard files required to produce the SSPLT reports. Works closely with the IM team on SSPLT support.
- Review and ensure all GWMs coordinate in SSPLT document are accurate and not located in other contaminated area by overlaying to SONAR.
- Prepare a regular GWM report to KLHK. Groundwater (GW) well support: Well design, Installation/ abandonment oversight, Well sampling support, Validate / analyze lab report data, Prepare summary of lab results and report for submittal to KLHK.
- RPLT monthly report support.

ENV Data Analyst
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Manage data related to Program activities including site inventory and site data, survey data and reports, sampling and analytical data, monitoring data, remediation and other execution data, documentation and information required to meet regulatory requirements, information related to Company's contractor submittals, manifests, QA/QC information, etc. in RESORT.
- Support efforts for appropriate governance of data, management of change, and identification of efficiency and improvement opportunities. Review data and information to assure technical quality.
- Develop reports based on data. Engage with members of the Program Team to get needed data.

Environmental Engineer Support
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Environmental Generalist and HIS clean-up Support
- Support all HIS remediation project and B3 waste management on a wide range of environmental issues including, but not limited to: water and wastewater; groundwater; air emissions; erosion control; pollution control technology; environmental monitoring requirements, technical specifications, and reporting; regulatory management and compliance; field execution of ESHIA and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) commitments; flora and fauna management and mitigation; and, social and public health related matters as they are interpreted through ESHIA; and managing environmental projects/study/pilot, budget, schedule and final result.
- Develop and maintain good practice of Environmental management and conduct environmental Training, both Awareness and Advanced Levels.
- Deliver Environmental training, including incorporating material into the CDB training program and train the trainer.
B. Requirement
- Willing to be placed in Minas - Riau
- Minimum 5 years experiences (as environmental engineer) and bachelor degree with academy background in environment, HES, biologist, forestry or chemistry is advance.
- Candidate with experience in operations or similar position is preferred as well as having informal approach for environmental HES activities or duty in dealing with contractors, managing project and day to day operations are good, understand & experienced work activity and forecasting is advantage.
Site Representative
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Acting as CPI Construction reps in the field, As Permit Approver and/or Area Controller in GPTW process, Conduct site survey before site execution to identify the optimum access to site, Coordinate vacuum truck work activities, Coordinate soil sampling crew, Attending Site KOM as HIS Construction team reps, Coordinate survey crew, Culvert and siphon material inventory, Responsible for ground water monitoring installation supervision, Coordinate crew survey crew and LBD utilization for housekeeping activities, Provide support to Construction Engineers, Provide support for DLH and KLHK visit, Responsible for borrow pit and water management, Coordinate SSP execution in the field, Conduct V&V to improve site execution quality.
- Review contractor Construction Execution Plan, and understand the project HSE and Quality requirement, scope of work, specifications, and project overall schedule.
- Ensure the mobilization of all labor, materials and equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner to achieve the project objectives.
- Monitors the activities of contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Understand and Verify drawing in compliance with Company Specification and Standard and propose to Engineer an alternative solution when find out any errors or discrepancy between drawing and company standard and specification.
- Interpret engineering drawing into construction work sequences in order to get proper, efficient, cost effective, timely manner and safe installation of facilities.
B. Requirement
- Willing to be placed in Minas / Duri- Riau
- Bachelor degree (S1) in engineering or science with 8 years working experience or Technical Associate (D3) in engineering or science with 10 years working experience, both in construction projects which 3 years of them should be minimum as a Construction Representative or Facility Representative or Company Representative in Oil&Gas Operation or Construction or earthworks construction projects.
- A candidate possesses Senior High School educational background with more than 15 years of total working experience in operation construction equipment management or earthworks construction projects in oil and gas, which 6 years of it Had experience working at Chevron Operation
Construction Engineering Support
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Serve as SME (subject matter expert) on construction aspects including but not limited to constructability reviews, Develop construction plan including procedure work sequence and procedure material tools required, review and analyze drawings, procedure.
- In case of contractor develop the plan, Construction engineer shall review as approvals process Develop and implement construction supervision plan.
- Work closely with the contractors and other groups to ensure alignment of strategies, work execution (schedule & budgets) and efficiencies to solve any day to day field related issue.
- Review construction productivity data to identify bottlenecks for progress on construction and proactively take action to resolve the issue
B. Requirement
- Bachelor degree (S1) in engineering from reputable university with 5 years working experience in engineering and construction projects in oil and gas or mining or construction earth work or Environment project.
- Has Experience in engineering document and technical drawing review and approval&Fluent in English both oral and written (advance level)
Project Engineer Support
A. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Support the complex project team on handling complex and challenging sites, and technology.
- Work closely with construction, PMT operational groups and other related team in these areas to ensure alignment of strategies, work execution (schedule & budgets) and project's efficiencies.
- Develop and/ or review remediation plan and strategy for complex sites, technology selection and/ or alternatives.
- Ensure implementation of established guidelines and standard procedures for compliances are followed.
- Facilitate/lead discussion and/ or meeting internal or external.
- Responsible for project's CPDEP phase 1, 2, and 3 and ensure smooth transition to execution team for phase 4 and 5 while monitoring the execution.
B. Requirement
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Work experience on managing project for 5 years
- Strong communication skills to all levels including external stakeholders
- Experience in document review and technical drawing review
- Experience with Project Management process, preferable in environmental project, proactive to solve the issues, basic Microsoft office skill.
- Familiar with Chevron MSW standard and HES guidelines.
