Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.

ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile and record environmental-related data from all HCML fields.
• Analyze and process environmental-related data.
• Identify anomalies, or non-conformance related to analysis result.
• Create data analysis trend as input for HCML Environmental Database.
• Manage HCML Environmental Database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or Public Health.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Oil & Gas Company or in any other environmental-related position (Fresh graduates will be considered as well).
• Knowledge in upstream Oil and Gas operations and activities.
• Possesses analytical ability especially in environmental related data.
• Possesses data processing ability
• Possesses trend analysis presenting ability
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Jakarta

FIELD ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspection to all HCML fields in term of environmental compliance.
• Provide inspection reports as input for environmental continuous improvement.
• Identify anomalies, or non-conformance related to environmental compliance.
• Provide on-site advises based on anomalies, or non-conformance related to environmental compliance.
• Provide environmental related continuous improvement suggestions based on actual field condition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Oil & Gas Company and in any other environmental-related position.
• Knowledge in upstream Oil and Gas operations and activities.
• Knowledge in environmental related regulations and legislations.
• Knowledge in AMDAL, UKL-UPL or any other environmental related document and permit.
• Possesses good communication and troubleshooting skill with field personnel.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Jakarta

SUPERVISOR HSE

Responsibilities:

• Monitors the implementation of HSE procedures compliance for all Shorebase jobs including activities at Jetty and Marine Vessel operation.
• Conducts planned HSE to ensure safe operation activities in Shorebase.
• Conduct socialization on HSE Policy & Procedures at Shorebase to ensure safety awareness across the company.
• Plan and conduct the regular shorebase HSE Coordination Meeting and Inspection to support compliance of all HCML Daily Operational Activities to HSE Policies, Guidelines and Procedures.
• Conduct incident report, investigation and tracking of incidents, near misses and ensures that a follow-up of the validated corrective actions is implemented.
• Conduct site emergency response plans excercises/drills to ensure the validity of the plans and evaluate emergency exercises/drills; Observe and Propose any remedial and recommendations to improve the emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Health Safety (K3), Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, and Public Health.
• Minimum 4 years experiences in HSE function included shore-base and general marine operations.
• Possesses Knowledge in upstream Oil & Gas Operation.
• Possesses leadership experience.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Point of hire: Surabaya
