Finance Manager
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Reporting
- Coordinate and assist the business units in the Business Planning process and prepare Finance budget. Ensure that Management reports are correct and submitted on time
- Project Reports/Requests from Business Unit
- Prepare reports for Business Unit as needed, provide leadership, direction and resources for accounting functions to deliver expected services to local geographic Business unit
- Accounting Standard and Payroll Processing
- Implement changes to accounting policies and practices in response to changes from Corporate Comptroller Group and local requirements. Ensure salary payments to National Staff and Expatriates are accurate.
- Compliance, SOX and Internal Control
- Serve as Country Compliance Coordinator, assess and improve internal control, coordinate SOX Testing, custodian of TOCA.
- Credit Control and Administration
- Provides input on geographic credit, review and approve credit requests within TOCA, ensure timely collections of AR, ensure that credit violations are released with minimized risks to the Company.
- Supervise Tax
- Coordinate preparation of Tax Reports and ensure compliant with government requirement, ensure that Tax accounts are reconciled. Liaise with Regional Tax and external tax consultants to resolve any tax issues.
- Supervise AP
- Advice guidelines specifically related to disbursement.
- Statutory Reporting and Fixed Assets
- Coordinate External Audit – ensure full support from BU and Service groups.
- Safeguard fixed assets of the Company
- Others
- Conduct and manage performance review for employees within the group, and personnel related matters.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with experience in Finance and Accounting. Membership in professional accounting bodies (ACCA, CPA, etc).

At least 7 years working experience of which at least 5 years in reputable accounting firms.

At least 3 years of managerial / supervisory experience

Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes & procedures. Understand reporting process, familiar with relevant concepts related to GAAP accounting, Statutory Accounting Policy and Business plan. Understand Tax regulation and reporting. Strong understanding of Compliance, Internal Control Procedures and SOX compliance.

Excellent communication (both in Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels

Technical Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers of strategic importance (as agreed with Sales Teams on identity and frequency) to identify their service requirements and provide assistance to solve problems related to lubrication, develop training programs/workshops, customer specific programs.
- Provide technical support and developing solutions for product/application problems of customers
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality/integrity, carrying out root cause analysis and following up on required remedial action.
- Respond to customer inquiries on product formulations/technology/applications and making recommendations on same.
- Provide support in the implementation of programs such as oil monitoring, failure analysis and lube surveys
- Evaluate market requirements for new technology and product upgrades, in close coordination with the Sales Team, Global and Regional Technology Teams and arranging for the introduction of same.
- Work closely with the Sales team supporting processes such as product sunset, product introduction, product upgrades, product reformulation and local product benchmarking.
- Coordinate with regional marketing and global product line in order to achieve the product line objectives for the Asia-Pacific (AP) region.
- Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)s and corporate technology center to develop tailor-made products to meet individual OEM requirements, recommend products with appropriate approval or performance requirement for tender bidding and conduct field trial to demonstrate the superior performance of our products.
- Provide technical training support via development of tailor-made technical training program, translation of corporate training material and deliver internal and external technical training.
- Focus on training and development of capability with the sales team & Indirect Channel partners / distributors
- Work with sales colleagues to win new business from competition by providing input to tender proposals, visiting prospective customers and conducting technical programs/presentations.
- Identification ang recommendation of products/solutions to meet specific requirements of potential customers
- Support sales and marketing efforts by compiling and/or translating product and technical literature
- Investigate complaints, analyze samples, research and determine recommendations for corrective action in the role of “Product Integrity Coordinator”
- Provide technical support to supply chain and marketing on the development and translation of product labels, quality system maintenance, products and materials sourcing, formulation optimization and product development.
- Provide technical advice to staff dealing with product registrations (NPT) with Governement Regulator.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holder in mining or engineering discipline preferred

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in mining engines/equipment operation, mining lubricants and/or mining Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) related industry

Proven track record in handling and resolving technical issues raised by customers

Good knowledge of mining engines/equipment and lubricants products requirement
