Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, an Oil & Gas company based in Jakarta with operation field in Madura, is looking for highly experienced Indonesian professional to join the team.
JR. OFFICER BIDDING
Responsibilities:
- Assist Tender Committee/Procurement Team in procurement process of goods and services included but not limited to evaluate tender registration document, conduct bid opening, pre-bid meeting, negotiation, etc.
- Coordinate with contract specialist to arrange tender schedule and communicate it to vendor in order to meet contract commencement target as per regulation
- Prepare tender announcement, correspondences and any other related documents during tender process in accordance with tender proposal and applicable regulation
- Monitor the tender process to meet schedule and comply with the prevailing regulation and company policy
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree IN Business Administration / Management.
- Minimum 2 years in procurement area.
- Good understanding of PTK 007 (Certified PTK 007 preferable).
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Point of hire: Jakarta
SR. OFFICER CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION (OPERATION)
Responsibilities:
- To prepare, examine, analyze, and revise contracts that involve contract services, agreements and all bidding documents based on tender and contract regulation to ensure the compliance with company standard, regulation and policy.
- To handle & manage coordination meeting with user department, Legal and other related department.
- Keep time schedule of procurement plan and contract plan.
- Become coordinator to anticipate of procurement for critical operation needs.
- Anticipate for procurement audit finding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Legal / Business Administration / Management.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in relevant field in Oil & Gas company.
- Minimum 5 years experience in tender/contract/agreement preparation.
- Good understanding PTK 007 (certified PTK 007 preferable).
- Having honor integrity.
- Having good analytical skill.
- Good verbal and written English communication.

SR. OFFICER VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Responsibilities:
- To monitor bidding process and vendor administration, evaluate vendor performance, and manage longer-term relationships with vendor to ensure that the vendor quality is aligned with HCML's standard requirement.
- Review & analyze vendor registration documents.
- Enhance and maintain vendor management system to support communication process between company and vendor.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluation by coordinating with user.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Informatics Engineering/Information System Minimum 5 years experiences in relevant field in Oil & Gas Company.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Oil and Gas Industry with minimum 3 years experiences in Procurement Area.
- Good understanding of PTK 007 (Certified PTK 007 preferable).
- Good analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Point of hire: Jakarta
