PT Audex Indonesia

PT Audex Indonesia (a subsidiary of PEC Ltd.) a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services to the oil & gas, petrochemical, oil & chemical terminal, and pharmaceutical industries.

We are looking for suitably qualified personnel to join the organization in the following positions:

1. HSE MANAGER

• Diploma in WSH or its equivalent
• Registered Safety Officer
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
• Strong leadership qualities and independent
• Communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to travel & work abroad
• Responsible for overall HSSE activities, compliance audits & inspection include ensure all HSSE related certification are valid

2. SAFETY SUPERVISOR

• Diploma Engineering or its equivalent
• Possess Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course, or Advanced Certificate in WSH and OPICS Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel
• To ensure any unsafe acts or conditions at work site are identified and eliminated, company PTW procedures & all safety procedures are followed by contractor personnel, performing parties delivers daily tool box talk and that it is documented
• Carry out safety inspections and control of safety equipment functionality

3. TANKAGE SUPERINTENDENT
4. PIPING SUPERINTENDENT
5. CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT

• Diploma / Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar or related industries
• Strong leadership qualities
• Good technical competence
• Good analytical and quality conceptual skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Responsible for ensuring all works are planned and undertaken to the required designs, specifications, standard, quality and HSE requirements
• Coordinate activities of Site HSE and technical and inspection personnel, include coordinate interfaces and interactions with contractors and subcontractors, and Site Team
• Review adequacy and accuracy of punch list, monitor and report progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and challenges to Construction Manager
• Perform any other duties that may be requested by the Project or Construction Manager

7. PIPING SUPERVISOR

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Able to manage project independently with a large manpower
• Responsible to execute the site work as per project drawing / specifications / method statements, understanding and use of the latest revision drawings, isometrics, specifications standards and procedures
• Supervise and lead the Sub Contractors, Foreman / technicians and laborers
• Arrange the necessary equipment's / tools and consumables for the work
• Clearing of punch list, follow EHS instructions, setting an example to others and perform other related duties as required

• Good communication skills with technical competency
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian Language
