Business Development Senior Manager (onshore)

Requirement:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree (Engineering) or equivalent
• Having min 15 year experience in EPCI company with 5 year experience in managerials
• Good knowledge of industry standard business support systems i.e. project planning packages, cost management systems, ISO9001 quality management systems
• Have a track record of developing accounts within the EPCI market place
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
• Excellent leadership and communication skill
• Excellent in time management and planning skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must

Project Manager (onshore)

Requirement:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Power projects, including project management and execution, engineering and design, construction, commissioning and start up.
• Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
• Experience negotiating, managing, and implementing EPC Contracts.
• Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to cleary and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client.
• Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin (will be high advantage).
• Project contract position available.

PPC (Production Planning Control) Manager - Fabrication Shop

Requirement:

• Max. age 47 years old
• Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
• Have min. 15 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
• Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
• Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
• Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
• Willing to be located in Serang, West Java

Fabrication Manager

Requirement:

• Max. age 45 years old
• Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
• Have min. 15 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
• Have working knowledge of codes & standards such as ASME, DOT, API, OSHA, and AWS inspection procedures.
• Expert in MS Project for project scheduling
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem solving, and project management skill.
• Willing to be located in Site Area.

Engineer Supervisor (onshore)

Requirement:

• Max. age 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Have min. 10 years in a Pulp and Paper industry.
• Have good knowledge of mechanical Maintenance, Specific to Wood handling plant like Debarker, Drag chain conveyor, Chipper, Bark Crusher, Belt Conveyors and Chip Reclaimers, etc.
• Good English and lndonesia Bahasa.
• Able to read drawings, trouble shooting skills, manpower management, reports generation and best HSE Standards.
• Willing to be located in Site Area.
• Project contract position available.

Civil Estimator (onshore)

Requirement:

• Max. age 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Have min. 10 years in similar position in EPCI company
• Able calculate the RAB (Budget Plan)
• Able to read working drawings Computer literate (Auto cad, Microsoft office)
• Good team work, hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English both oral and written is a must.
